Noisy people at breakfast salon. They should use their mobile phones with headphones and not talk so loud, but unfortunately there is no education. My suggestion : place orientation advices in order to keep silence and pleasant ambient.

Location. It was close to the Friendship Bridge so we could go to Paraguay. It was quite a distance from Iguazu but we managed to get a bus which took us directly there and back. The hairdryer was powerful enough to dry our clothes. The reception staff were helpful.

We’d booked a double room but was given a room with 3 single beds. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t bother raising this. The bathroom was small with a shower in the corner. There was only one coat hangar and we had to dry our clothes and ponchos after being at Iguazu in the rain. There weren’t many places close by to eat after a long day at the falls as they all closed early (before 8pm)

Was only in town one night and wanted a central location. Very nice and helpful staff when we arrived. You can book tours right inside the hotel. They were also helpful to give us recommendations for restaurants. Unfortunately, because it was winter, we didn't get to make use of the exceptional looking outdoor area. Shower was hot and tons of pressure. Hotel is only only a block from main shopping street

I had no problems during my stay. The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful to answer question or call a taxi if I needed one. Wi-Fi worked throughout the hotel; shower water pressure and hot water were good, room was clean, air conditioning worked well, daily housekeeping, and the breakfast had a good selection (I loved the soluble coffee). I really enjoyed my stay in Foz do Iguaçu, it felt very safe, I had no problem getting around by myself. Definitely recommend.

Good location, in city center. Opposite to hotel is money exchange. 1 block from there you can buy sim card, vivo. Good staffs, front desk and restaurant part. Hotel 's restaurant buffet just 30 BRL, good food, good service and very good price. Breakfast buffet was very good too. Spacious room, safe box, TV, good wifi, hair dryer, bidet sprayer, air condition, elevator. Recommend!!!

The hotel is located in a very central area with easy access to transport to the falls, to Puerto Iguazú and to Ciudad del Este. There is a big and clean swimming pool that is open many hours, so you can enjoy it even during warm nights. The place is great to relax and have some meal outside. Staff were always polite and helpful. Breakfast was complete and varied, at least for me. The mattress was super comfortable

Everything was great but if I had to mention some little details, it would be that the bathroom is a bit small and that the corridors smell like fried food from the kitchen downstairs at different times. Anyway, water is very hot and all works well in the bathroom. The hotel is a great value for money.

It's a standard hotel, nothing fancy or super modern. Elevators were good and fast, but I opted to use the stairs every time (3rd floor is a good exercise). Nice and clean pool with a bar. My room was good with great natural light, view for the main avenue. Breakfast was well served with regular options, and the breakfast staff was always nice and attentive. The reception in the morning is a bit busy. Kudos to the staff for late afternoon/evening/late night, super nice guy, all welcoming and friendly.

Wifi was week (not the signal, the download/upload streams), but since my primary reason was not for work, it was sufficient. The disposition of electrical outlets is also odd (one for tv, on a side wall, three inside the closet), but it makes sense for a aged hotel (from a time where mobiles and notebooks were not a bed thing).

This hotel was a great stay. The staff were friendly and polite and extremely helpful . The choice of breakfast was in abundance and they had a good choice of snack food and drinks at the pool bar. The room was clean with plenty of room . Location was great for tour pick ups. The pool was a decent size with a lovely sitting area near the bar. Daily room service available. Tour operator available on site.

Good breakfast

We asked how much would be a ride to the falls in Argentina and they said 400 R with a taxi or 500 R with their driver. They were ready to arrange either one. The next morning we decided to do take a taxi and the receptionist called a taxi company that gave a quote of 300 R. Seems like someone was trying to take his share.

Excellent staff. Fast and attentive. Helped me print out some paperwork and also got me a taxi to the border. They were very kind. Check in was fast. Breakfast is massive and included. There was a pool that looks really nice but I did not have time to use it. They also have a small store on site and a restaurant for dinner. Was nicer than I expected. Comfortable room and good night sleep.

Housekeeping starts cleaning the rooms before 8:00 a.m. and are very loud. That is very early to be cleaning rooms. The few hot items on the buffet that I could eat (non carb/sugar) were lukewarm and not hot. No other complaints.
