Quick, kind, staffed check in for our late night arrival (~1am). Beautiful hotel ~8mins away from the airport. Good sized room with a good breakfast spread. Great for a one night stay as its close to the hotel however its not close to the sights of Manaus. Check-in with lots of airline employees.

The sheets were super thin and felt like tissue paper. There were no blankets. We only stayed one night for about 6 hours so it was fine. If we have stayed longer we wouldve addressed the issue or looked into another accommodations

Staff spoke English. Quick and easy check-in. Room service was great because my flight arrived very late.

No complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. They called me a taxi. And I thought it was part of the hotel service. I was surprised when they asked me for 40 brl at the airport. Typically shuttle service to and from the airport is provided with most hotels that are close by. So I found this a little strange. Also it would have been cheaper for me to just use an Uber rather than a taxi.

Hotel is new and hence facilities were good and clean. Surprisingly food was good even compared to other restaurants even more surprisingly since we are vegetarian. Kitchen staff was also good. It is close to airport so it is a Plus when you are going to airports. Ubers are easy to get.

some of the literature said that shuttle to airport is available on request. However, hotel told us that no shuttle is available. Hotel should have corrected that portion. Also, they will go by the book and they have very less flexibility to make exceptions.

Great location close to airport Arrived after 2am due to flight time - check in was easy. We were given a queen room but needed a twin and our room was charged quickly without any problem. Good buffet breakfast

Several of the staff spoke English, which made everything easier for me. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Having the restaurant there, open most of the time, was super convenient.

It would be good if they told you at check-in that you have to use your key to activate the elevator.

The breakfast was especially good, lots of fruit and included local staples like manioc and rice dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dinner buffet was a good value for the price, local fish, great salads and interesting and delicious sides.

The location was good if you're travelling towards the city or to the north.

The lighting wasn't great. There were no dim lights and the only lamp in the room was a very bright white light reading lamp. Most hotels lower than this price range have dim lights next to the bed which aren't as bright. This was the only thing that was disappointing with the room.

Everything, food, staff, room were all absolutely lovely. Breakfast was great, the foyer was lovely.

We spent a lot of money on laundry (more than on our two night stay), and our whites were dyed blue and numerous items had been shrunk
