The restaurant was not crowded because the owner controlled the number of people who wants to have breakfast. so there was so clean and pleasant. I'm sure you can enjoy it. Especially, you can walk to the beach Ponta negro without a car. It's very close and safe from the Hotel. Besides, The room is really clean. This was one of the cleanest hotels to me. It was a beautiful ocean view! And you can talk with them in English. There was no problem to communicate, even though you are not a Brazilian.

The elevator there is very busy because this hotel is tower type. However, it was not the problem. but I recommend that it is better to choose a high floor if you don't want to wait for the elevator. hahaha

Room very large and clean, as well as the bathroom. The comfort in the room was excellent (king bed). Good the breakfast. Honourable mention for the staff: even if some of them don't speak english and sometimes the communication was not so easy, all the people of the stuff were fantastic and very kind in satisfying our needs

Could hear neighbor in the up floor scratching a chair. At the end was informed about an optional “Turism” fee that I wasn’t aware beforehand.

Location is excellent, safe area with a nice sea view. All members of the staff were really helpful. Reeeally good breakfast, lovely pastries, fruits, tapioca and so on but be sure to be early because it gets too crowded at 9 am (taking covid into acount).

Waiting for the elevators. There are lots of guests and only 2 elevators. The swimming pool is smaller than what it looks in the pictures, it is beautiful but is not THAT big.

Good quality room very comfortable with great view to Morro de Careca. Breakfast was very nice and hotel very conscious of Covid protocols/measures.

Pleased overall but found the pool extremely small and pool area too noisy/congested. Nespresso machine in room but not working and 2 of the windows were damaged and creating a constant whistling noise from the wind/draft (we had to stuff one of the window corners with plastic). It's a pity the hotel doesn't have balconies like the Riviera next door.

it’s very new inside and clean! The breakfast was really good and the location is really good. There are a lot of walking distance restaurants around. I’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast was amazing. I was here during the pandemic, so many restaurants were shut down. I used room service multiple times and really loved the food.

The photos online made the pool seem larger. I was thinking I could swim laps but it is mainly just to chill and hang out. I wanted to use the fitness room but was told I needed a reservation to use it. Likely because of the pandemic.

Very spacious rooms, with beautiful views. Breakfast is above average and it has a lot of options. The pool is nice too and the location is great for tours.

The hotel needs more elevators given the amount of rooms it has, so expect a bit of a wait during peak hours (probably due to pandemic restrictions though)

Comfortable and spacious room. Good staff and common infrastructure. Location is good, but not super close to the beach. Access without a car/taxi can be complicated.

A problem with water in one of the days, but it was solved quickly.

A very comfortable hotel with a great location. Our flight had been delayed by two hours and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend.
