Staff was responsive, flexible, and helpful when it came to accommodating us. Close to bus station for those just spending the night in Porto Alegre. Decent breakfast spread.
Some rooms just didn't have wifi which we need for our work and we had to keep switching rooms to find our goldilocks zone where the wifi worked and all of the facilities were up to our standard.
