Large rooms, kind staff, good breakfast. We were on the 12th floor, with a beautiful view to the mangrove and sea. We didn't walk around the hotel, but its location was strategic to reach all the places of interest with a relatively quick Uber ride.

In the end of a busy day we rushed to relax at the sauna and pool, just to find out the pool was not heated and the sauna was off (both within specified working hours).

good location, excellent decor, value for money, spacious rooms and bathrooms very good breakfast spread and room amenities. hotel also offers laundry service, extra blankets etc…

food is nothing to call home about considering the level of excellent food in Brazil nonetheless it’s not bad just pales in comparison with other locations. the bed is new and clean but was too hard for us causing a back ache. pool is not very inviting.

Excellent hotel with spacious bedrooms and bathroom, great food, and room service. The hotel was located near a mall and nice restaurants. There was convenient parking nearby. The staff were very helpful.

Beds were a bit hard so they brought me a mattress top cover, which helped to make it softer.

The hotel is well located in the city center. Nice room and bathroom. The breakfast is very good and you get a lot of choices. Appreciate the swimming pool with a view over the city too!

Comfortable accommodation. Fantastic helpful staff, particularly all of the friendly concierge staff who were very happy to assist us during our 8 night stay. The location allows good access to both the northern and southern parts of the city. Good value.

Nice staff, good indication of the taxi driver (Elias) who took us for all visits, very patient and explained all about the city, with fair price.

The kitchen is not that great.

The room was comfortable and clean.

We had the hotel checkout right on time, but we had to wait almost twenty minutes in the lobby line. The were only one lady working at that time, and people were joining the same line for all different requests.

Good breakfast (nice tapiocas made by request + good fruit), comfortable beds, A/C, soft towels

Location is not the best, as is still far away from the beach, however is safe and has an amazing restaurant close by (Caldinho do Nenen)
