Location was good and the peoole at the reception were really helpful. And most of the spoke engkish wich is good because my portuguese is quite limited. Matheus (misspelled but guy from Rio)..thank you for helping with the AC. Thank you from guys from Finland.

The AC had some issue..stiooed working one night, but the guys fixed it.

Wireless connection is poor on the rooms. To have a better connection, need to go to the open area outside the rooms.

By mistake, the hotel requested to my to pay again the stay. So they need to refund to my Credit Card the second payment. I was not notice this when arrived to the hotel.

well located, very good breakfast and the people that work at the hotel were lovely. and that was a great carnaval vibe every day!

the only thing is that no one explained to us the facilities that the hotel have and where they were, but to be fair we went during carnaval when it was super busy

Comfortable room, nice public spaces, very good breakfast, and close to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. During breakfast, the Concierge stopped by every guest's table to check if we were enjoying our stay. We did mention one minor maintenance issue with our room. Within minutes of returning to our room after breakfast, a maintenance person came to our room and addressed the issue. I wish our stay had been longer than one night.

The location was really good! Also the breakfast :) workers are really nice and helpful.

Is really noisy, and I had a problem with the Door of my room, it wasn' t opening but the workers help me to fix it and upgraded the room for me :)

The hotel is very well located in Boa Viagem, Recife! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a very good breakfast!

The shower water pressure is terrible. The shower water temperature system is extremely difficult to regulate. The AC system in the room is not very efficient.

The breakfast was good. The area where it’s located is excellent.

At the breakfast the girl wanted to lecture me about the use of the plastic glove when I simply didn’t that there were any at all. When I asked for an adaptor they didn’t have it they had to look for it and I had to go downstairs to grab it. When I ordered food from the internet that didn’t even let the delivery guy into the hotel, I had to go outside the hotel to grab my food. When I asked for a toothbrush I also had to go grab it myself downstairs. I just didn’t feel comfortable or pampered at all, and it was pricey. Next time I’ll get an Airbnb.

Immaculate room. Great breakfast with excellent selection available. Super friendly and helpful staff, who provided very helpful advice.
