If you go for the carneval and want to be in the middle of the action stay there. Amazing

The location is fantastic and staff members were receptive and accommodating.

The hotel is old and in need of improvements. The electrics in our room didn't work well, there was no ventilation on our bathroom for example.

Room and hotel facilities needs a little bit of refurbishment to let the hotel be well presented and good looking.

they were nice, the room was very clean, the bed was very wide

the elevator wasn’t working and they have a bar under the hotel, so they had loud music until 11pm every night. the shower took several minutes to warm up and it was kinda clogged. And the key kept getting unmagnetized so I had to go back to the front desk everytime

The electronic keys for the room did not work, every time you wanted to access the room, you would have to ask the receptionist or the cleaner to open it for you with his key, as it was only one receptionist for the whole hotel, he would leave the reception unsecured and unattended. Lifts not working, according to the receptionist it was due to building works which it was never reported to us on the site we booked the hotel on. We made it clear at the time of the booking it was a double bed, since it gave us the option to select the bed type, then the receptionist without asking us, just booked us on twin beds. We had at last minute to leave the hotel since it not offered us what it was promised, we had to look for another accommodation adding up unexpected and unnecessary expenses! Now waiting for a refund from the service not provided. it was not a good experience.

The bed is not comfortable, there was a leak in the bathroom and the AC was very dirty.

The room was totally inadequate for us. No chair to set on for eating or playing cards or just doing paperwork. Very inadequate.

The rooms and furniture (except bed) were totally inadequate. Towels were well worn and sometimes stained. VERY disappointed in the rooms.

The only thing I liked about this place was the location. Right in front of the ocean with lots of people walking, jogging, playing sports, swimming etc

Everything about the facility was not worth my time or money. The elevator broke. I was stuck in the upper level from 3ish until about 8:45 pm. Very stressful situation because I am in crutches recovering from hip surgery and can’t do stairs. My main reason to chose this hotel was so I could go outside and enjoy the sun and the beach view, this didn’t happen because I got stuck. Once the elevator got fixed they gave me another room (claustrophobic with no windows and AC control hard for me to reach. I left earlier and got refund, at least that. The front desk people were very kind. I feel sorry for them though, for having to be polite under not favorable circumstances.
