Very spacious and well equipped suite. Lots of attention to details of comfort, such as beautiful bed linens and a turn-down service. Roof top pool is small but a real bonus in such a hot environment. Everything is clean, modern and well designed. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Had a fabulous massage, arranged at fairly short notice, by a very accomplishes masseuse/Shiatsu practitioner. Again, the price was very reasonable. The hotel is well positioned for all the bars, restaurants and high end shops along Rue Oscar Freire and Loreno.

It's a very steep climb to Av. Paulista - although not far, I'd suggest taking a taxi.

Wonderful breakfast served buffet style with an extensive variety of options to choose from and additional options available a la carte.

The towels in the bathroom are old. thin and worn. Replacing them with fresh, soft plush towels would greatly enhance the comfort in the bathrooms, which otherwise are spacious, clean, and well appointed.

The size of the room was very impressive. I have to be honest I was expecting something different but the Hotel grew on me over my stay. It's a very traditional look and design. It's almost big apartments that were turned into hotel rooms. It's more a serviced apartment than a hotel. Bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very good, the pool was covered so couldn't use. The area around the hotel is great at the end of Jardins and very residential. I like the idea of being a bit outside the main shops on Oscar Freire but close enough to walk there. I would return there but at some point they will need to renovate the bathrooms. It feels a little bit dated but works.

Spacious rooms with separate lounge/kitchen area and guest toilet. Location in very good and safe neighborhood.

No proper place to put our large suitcases, we had to put them on the couch and coffee table and on the floor. This made it inconvenient to use the lounge.

Great location, all felt very safe and close to nice shops, bars and museums. Staff were very friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel. Although we're very early to arrive, due to an early flight the staff allowed us to use another room until ours was ready, brilliant service. Lovely breakfast and restaurant

Location is fantastic. Steps to great intimate restaurants, boutique shopping along Oscar Freire, quiet and safe neighbourhood. George V has a very good Portuguese restaurant attached. Overall service is super attentive and curtious. Suítes are spacious with seperate living rooms and fully equiped kitchens.

Rooms and bathrooms are slightly dated.

Breakfast was great except for the coffee. They should pay attention to keep it HOT all the time. Not the case

Very well located with an excellent restaurant to dine. the suite is very confortable, quiet and with ample space.

the breakfast options did not include any seafood. but what they had was good. however if you are used to have a great breakfast, maybe you should start ordering the first day all you wish to have. but other than that, really great place.

The staff is very polite and kind (specially the guys at the door, always quick to call a taxi when you need, also the cleaning staff, very professional and discreet), the room was very spacious and clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable.

The breakfast was definitely disappointing, small, poor quality and not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was prepared with a lot of care. Special Brazilian dishes like tapioca were on offer. You don't find tapioca easily in upscale city hotels.
