My family and i have been staying here for decades now. The team has a high attention to details and eager to help with any question you may have. Nicely designed rooms which made us feel well every single day of the stay. Great location for a walk on Paulista Av. or through Jardins. Good breakfast with a slightly changing selection and lovely helping staff.

A complimentary water would have been great (in the room) also the option of slightly firmer pillows and a more often change of sheets (even if is a ecological choice).

Great and safe location not far away from Paulista and Pinheiros - can both easily be reached by feet. Everyday breakfast was good, however, there were different cakes on each day. Coffee (strong) tasted very good! Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even managed to prepare lunch boxes on the day we left - greatly appreciated.

Both the pool and the gym could have been more modern and renovated. The restaurant of the hotel was just average, we had pizza for dinner and would never eat there again.

The staff was very helpful and Louis stood out to be a very honest and courteous man with great ethical standards! There were more examples of great staff and there were a few that spoke English that I met and some that didn’t, translated of their own phone so we could communicate when needed. Also, the wonderful ladies that kept my room clean were a true blessing. They all did a fantastic job!!

I wish the room would have been bigger

10min walk to nearest underground Located in a very safe area, lots of restaurants, caffes, 3min walk to a big supermarket, Small gym a Sauna. Small rooftop pool. Our flight from London to Sao Paulo was landed just after 6:00am and we reached the hotel quite earlier than expected. The hotel reception was kindly allowed us to check in early without charging anything extra. So, this helped us to have a short nap and rest. I apricate hotel reception on this.

There was a kettle but no cups to make tea or coffee.

The pool and pool area are dated and require refurbishment and more maintenance. The pool water quality shall be improved. It seems to contain too much Chlorine The breakfast presentation, quality, and choices are depressing. I was unable to eat anything from the buffet. The staff at breakfast does not do a good job, the area is dirty and not well kept. During our visits no one asked if we wished some coffee or tea nor they cleared our table. Bread , eggs are not good.

Safe and comfortable location. This was really important for me as a solo traveler. Great service from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The room I had was superb value and extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

I have no complaints - except that they did change out my towels everyday even though I left them hanging so I could conserve water. But this is really not a complaint.

Very convenient and comfortable, location is good to reach paulista, Oscar freira and ibirapuera by foot. The room is a little old fashioned but had everything we needed. Very nice staff!

The breakfast choice is rather limited

we asked while booking if it’s possible to have a late checkout. 15:00 instead of 13:00. the response was that it’s possible depending on availability of the rooms. on the final day of our stay I asked at the reception and it was no problem to stay till 15:00 but at half a day rate which means 500 reais. I did not make use of this offer because I think it’s a bit overcharged.

Overall, a great hotel with generously sized and well-equipped rooms. Super comfortable bed, nice vistas across Sao Paulo's skyline. Fully quipped kitchenette, toiletries and great wifi. There's a small rooftop pool, gym and sauna to decompress. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a mix of continental and local food. Staff was kind, helpful and pleasant to chat to. Would def. stay here again :-)
