I loved my stay in Golden Tulip. The rooms were gorgeous, with a lot of space, soft sheets and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well served. During my stay, I have ordered food in the Cassiano Restaurant, and it was amazing as well.

They charge for the water in the refrigerator in the room, in my opinion they should offer free water to the guests. Also, for me, the process of validating the parking ticket everytime you go in and out of the hotel doesn't make sense, there should be a "free of charge" card for the guests of the hotel.

The location is excelent with the Colina Shopping in the same property. The Hotel is very confort in the room for my team of coworkers. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly.

I Think the hotel needs to provide small meeting rooms. My team of coworkers with four members decided to hold our meeting that lasted approximately 4 hours in two diferent days in a row at the reception desk because the hotel only offers the rental of large rooms.

Great location. Very clean and comfy room. Staff was great as well. Lots of restaurants and nice places to visit around. I'll always consider booking here when i get back to São José dos Campos.

The room's sound isolation is not good.

The breakfast range was good.

I think the hotel should offer a transfer to and from airport even if it included as part of the room fees as the journey was an hour from airport. I was surprised this was not offered.

Amazing location. The hotel so near the mall is quite on hand to find good restaurantes and shopping. The Gym is the best in town, and the breakfast is spectacular.

The room is quite small, and the hotel do not have a pool.

Close to the shopping mall, very attentive staff, great breakfast and very nice amenities. The sheets and the towels were top notch

There weren’t many options that were vegetarian on the menu of the room service but because it was close to the mall that wasn’t actually a problem

The personal were really exceptional. They made everything to attend all necessities required. There is a supermarket just in the same center, and the conection to the road is perfect. The room is very confortable, with a very good bed.

As I spent there only one night everything seemed perfect.

Very nice staff and great location. You can walk to the Colinas mall for shopping or eating. Breakfast was great. Lots of hand sanitizer available and a bottle by the elevators on each floor.

The walls have poor sound insulation and you can easily hear adjacent rooms.
