Great location close to metro station, bars, restaurants and 2 nice padarias. The room is very big, clean and comfortable (the pillows are quite thin though). Great front desk staff, always ready to help. In the last day they kept my luggage in the storage and got me a quite place with a desk and a chair to work on my computer.

The communication with Charlie is through WhatsApp and sometimes it takes quite a lot of time to get a response and things sorted, but I don't think it was a huge problem. The phone in my room was broken and they tried to fix it, but in the end it did not work during my stay.

The suites are in a very high standard building, very clean and nice. It is very close to the subway station, which make it very easy (even easier than by taxi or uber) to go to Paulista Avenue. There is everything you need in the block - a coffee shop, a small supermarket, a very good bakery... The rooms are nice and the bed was very comfortable. AC is also very useful during Brazilian summer

Unfortunately I was assigned a room for people with reduced mobility, which meant that the bathroom layout was not ideal: not enough shelves to store toiletries, no box around the shower, meaning that every shower led to a very wet floor everywhere. Acoustic insulation is not great - you can hear your neighbors slamming their doors - but that is, I believe, common in Brazil and not specific to this building.

The hotel is well-located and you can walk everywhere. It is close to Paraíso metro station, Paulista Avenue, Liberdade and dozens of restaurants and other attractions. The room was very clean and it is spacious and comfortable. The shower is delicious! Internet worked well. The staff is really friendly and check-in was easy.

The staff almost forgot to deliver a gift I received. I almost left without even knowing that it had arrived the day before my departure. It is close to Paulista Avenue and it can get quite noisy. For me it wasn't a big problem, but it is something the guest should be aware of. Extra pillows would've been great too.

The room was large, very sunny and well equipped.Excellent location, close to the subway station. But we have recommended this hotel to many friends, and suggested that they can choose the hotel.

Sound insulation in general, can always be awakened by the sound of the road motorcycle. We can hear the talk in the next room. No breakfast

The space is very good and we had a standard room on the high floor, check in process was easy and fast...room service or cleaning is only there if you request but we didn't need to....the location is perfect and metro is near

Refuge apartment in the heart of Sao Paulo, good choice if you travel alone or as a couple. Room was spacious, newly furnitured and clean like nothing I have seen before. Check in is simple, bed was amazingly comfy. Perfect choice.

Huge room, great location beside metro and close to Pátio Paulista. Very comfortable bed, stunning shower. Excellent value for money. Lots of supermarkets and shops close by.

There is construction and traffic noise, normal for São Paulo, i was waking up at 6h anyway so didn't present an issue.

We had to check out early and were told if we checked out before 11 am we would be refunded the second night. Now we are being told we will not get the refund. Bad policy.

Enough space and elegant decoration The bed is very comfortable. The staff of the reception was nice The cost benefit is surprisingly good!!

The WiFi service is not so satisfactory. The check outb time is a little bit early(11h)
