The location was perfect in relation to where I needed to go. Everything I needed was within walking distance - food, groceries, laundry. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were great. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was clean. They were able to provide a 220V converter since I forgot mine. The entire staff was very friendly. I was able to store my luggage before check in and after check out as well which was a big help.

The dinner menu wasn't so good, at least to my liking. The food that had cheese on it - pizza and lasagna, had way too much of it and it was very salty. Wouldn't recommend it as there are lots of other places to eat nearby.

There was a restaurant downstairs that served breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks. The location is very good, close to Avenida Paulista, many of the city's attractions and public transportation. The internet connection, although not great, was sufficient for my needs.

The room was so small I could barely fit my two suitcases in there and move around. It also seemed that the front dest staff, although helpful and kind, was insufficient for the number of guests so it took a long time both to check in and to check out.

Great location and value

Wi fi is not great. If need to work ask to stay at a low floor Also breakfast is not great. Exected fresh juice and bread at least.

The hotel was great. Comfy beds, very clean, there's a nice cafe downstairs; everything you'd expect from a big chain hotel, except the staff.

The staff. We met only one person who spoke English, and they were not there all the time, which is fine, we don't expect everyone to speak english so we use google translate to communicate, but the rest of the staff seemed very annoyed by us everytime we needed something because we don't speak Portuguese. And we kept having issues with our hotel room key card, so we had to go to the front desk a lot.

The proposition for this hotel is OK! Some improvements in the bedrooms will be appreciated. Free juice was nice

I just mentioned to the staff (very gently) that the bedroom needs some maintenance on the washroom and additional care with cleaning.

Location is great, but I chose it intentionally. Breakfast was above expectations.

One of the elevators was down. We had a room for two (a co-worker), but you guys added only one soap. It was a little annoying. There should be toothpaste too. The 1st room is noisy (too close to restaurant, constant music).

The room was so fine, confortable, quite well, but I need to ask for cleaning all time. The hotel is affordable, quiet and the pice-quality works so good.

the gym, is too small.

The location is really good, excellent staff and the breakfast is good. The bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean and up to date.

I got the wrong room first, but it was solved very quick! The rooms are not really big, but for the rest everything was excellent.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms are pretty nice. The bathroom is clean and they did have shampoo, conditioner and soap available.

This is a personal preference, but the bed was way too hard. I didn’t manage to sleep so well unfortunately.

The place is modern, clean and nice.

The check in process was so long, after 30m waiting for the check in , they gave us wrong room, which they changed again. Also it took a while to connect to wifi at the beginning.
