Room was great. Clean, comfortable, fair price and excelent location.

Invited a friend so he could wait for me and going out afterwards and I was charged by that! Nobody let him go upstairs. Not before they went upstairs with him and charging me in front of him for a couple of minutes. Talked to them after that and nobody cared. It was a very bad experience. Also the food is expensive comparing what you can get in the neighborhood although the quality was ok.

All was as expected and the staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was extremely spacious and clean. Was able to use the facilities which was a nice-to-have. Comfortable stay here which my wife and I both agree.

A very small thing with the parking, we were given a small piece of paper to remember or keep as a receipt and this got lost in our pockets so maybe something a bit stronger or noticeable.

The staff was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is in a nice area.

The pool was closed due to maintenance and I did not know this before booking and arrival. This was disappointing, but understandable that maintenance is sometimes required. While the room service and cleaning was of a high standard, the toiletries and toilet paper replenishment was lacking.

The location is unbeatable, beautiful Neighborhood, the hotel is really pretty and the rooms and their views were exceptional. The staff was okay!

We arrived at 7 a.m. and they wanted to charge us the price of an extra night for every room to check in early. Never heard of this before and really a shame for a hotel of a brand like Radisson. Check out was slow. Minibar very expensive

you need to improve the room service, we ask water bottles, I got answer from your staff that we our kitchen is closed, they cannot give water bottles. pathetic service

HIgh level of professionality of Italian speaker receptionis

One morning shift receptionist on Monday 03rd of April gave very bad service and not professional.

I liked the gym and the staff were very helpful. The location was super.. The staff at reception were friendly, welcoming and professional. They helped me with advice and information.. Especially Poliana..She was very helpful and professional and gave of her time without any trouble

... The bar lacks atmosphere..but the bar tender was professional.

Excellent location near la Paulista and Japan house. The room is comfortable, clean and modern. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also good.

There is no noise insulation in the windows. Even in the 20th floor, the road noise can be heard loud

Good location, Sufficient number of elevators to avoid waiting or crowded elevators. Good beds, pleasant modern rooms, nice view.

Fire protection system was not operational during our stay (official printed announcement by the hotel). Not sure for how long. It’s good that the hotel informs its guests, but with 20+ floors, the management shouldn’t take any risk (and close down until fully compliant with).
