On a positive note, the room was clean, and room service was excellent. The air conditioning and soundproofing were good. The reception staff were respectful, friendly, and helpful.

If you're allergic to fungi, avoid touching the bathroom walls, and refrain from hanging anything there. The internet wifi strength and speed are so low that browsing the internet or using social media is challenging. The pool was not 100 percent clean. The breakfast was not exceptional, rating it 3 out of 5 compared to other hotels I've visited.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff in restaurant, room service also excellent.

Noisy. Partly due to location but I was very surprised that a hotel of this standard didn’t have double glazing to cut down on outside noise. We were also kept awake on our second night by a drunken couple on the floor above who made a lot of noise throughout the night, mainly on their balcony. Double glazing would have helped with this as well.

Nicely studio apartments which are well appointment but could do with slightly better sound proofing. A truly incredible 12th floor pool which was amazing to watch the sunrise from. Friendly and polite staff with a good breakfast too.

The location is great, close to some nice restaurants and a main avenue (Norte Sul) that takes you to a lot of places in Campinas. A little bit pricey, but overall very nice place to stay.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The front desk person also helped us with being able to use the laundry--since we spoke little Portuguese, it was hard to figure out how to use the laundromat.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like.

There was no iron in the room, which makes our life a bit more difficult when you’re in a rush. Parking also has a cost, but fairly wasn’t much. But, apart of it, everything was really nice!

Exceptional boutique style hotel with a room that was a suite. Will definitely stay again. In fact, we're specifically now looking for I Am Design hotels where we target our travel. It was that good!

Very good location, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

I tried using the laundry service and it didn't work. The OMO app did not work for me. The QR code on the wall that you're supposed to use didn't work. I informed the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Wash cloths would be a great addition to their towel system too. I miss not having that.

Parking wasn’t included, food in the restaurant was disappointing and the bedside tables were pointy and dangerously located right next to the mattress (I've hurt my head on it).
