bathroom needs to be refurbished and kitchenette should either be removed or furnished. looks like a terror movie , unfinished or that is a hotel in VenezuelA

Great location, room was comfortable and good size. Breakfast was great, wide variety. Rooftop pool area was nice

No kitchenware (plates, cutlery etc) in room, no laundry available, wifi patchy at times

Staff were friendly and happy to go out of their way to help with any information or enquiries I made, genuinely nice people. Every member of staff I came across ways had a smile on their face (under a mask of course). Breakfast had a great choice of fruits, cold meats, pastries, cereals, with a hot buffet aswell.

Well located - the staff was very attentive, the room bigger than the usual standard - a cute balcony to enjoy the view, great bed and hot shower. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Location in Cambuí neighborhood, with market, drugstores and restaurants in a short walk distance. Everything went very well. I would definitely come back.

Though it did not compromise my stay, a small remark on the acoustic isolation mentioned in the room description does not isolate all noise from other rooms - I could hear muffled voices and toilet flush.

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, parks, drugstore and supermarkets.

The furniture is outdated, the living room smells sweat and the bathroom was smelling sewage.

Its a great place in Campinas Centro Brazil. Reception all the time and they speak English. The receptionist dealing with me was indeed reflective, because their room number start with "l" which I took it as "1". So I assumed my room number was 1310. The receptionist realized and before I could head for the elevators she told me that my floor was 3 and my suite number was indeed 310. It saved my day. Rooms were clean, comfortable, fridge was working. Stable internet. A big patio that covered both the rooms was really great! Car parking valley (extra R$33 per day) was very helpful in the arrival and also departure and took care of the luggage. List of good things do not end!! Break fast (free!) was indeed great and indeed is full breakfast with egg, sausages and etc.

They could provide self car parking but I believe only Valley was the option on the table.

The bathroom could use an update

There was bath tub in the room. Good breakfast. Sauna.

The lack of kitchen utensils available for the guests. I thought it was weird to not have any stove, microwave, detergent. I also had to rent cutlery and plates. Nothing available to add in the bath tub either. It would be good if their restaurant worked for lunch/dinner.

Friendly staff and good location

There is no restaurant inside. Gym and swimming pool needs an upgrade.
