Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The only downside is that the hotel does not have parking and sometimes it is quite complicated to find a parking spot.

Good situation. Main street In Balchik. Price ok.

The pool was nice and clean. Aircon was really nice and manage to cool and warm the room for 5-10mins.

The breakfast is same everyday. There was no clothes dryer on the terrace and the chairs there were a bit uncomfortable. There is no cellular connection no matter which company you use. Way too many people on single router, and it kick me every 5min.

Perfect Location in balchik Center 2min to the sea, 15min from center beach Balcony! Not a nice view but nice to sit outside even in the evening The room was quite Big

The bathroom was very small, the shower had no curtain and a size of 50x50cm which made it impossible to not flood the entire bathroom. The center of the bathroom had a drain which smelled a lot through the entire room. Rooms don’t have a water boiler and upon asking you are not allowed to use the one from The breakfast room during the day. The breakfast was very bad, very low quality food which is not enjoyable at all.

Good location and friendly stuff, very clean, spacious room, cute pool.

Forget about the free breakfast, it was awful, even the coffee was instant coffee, the bathroom was clean but it had a sewers smell coming out of drainage, the bed was very uncomfortable and extremely noisy, the lights were not by the bed, the balcony was very small and everyone could see in our room, the refrigerator froze everything we put in, WiFi only worked by the balcony. This was room 301.

The only one good part of the property was the location . Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

- I stay there 6 days and no one came to clean the room , not even to take garbage or change towels - Everything was old and in the room was smelling like old place , it was dirty i found spiderwebs and insects , glasses were dirty in the bathroom you could see mold - Internet connection and phone signal was very badin the room . I wanted to work from there which was imposible - My room was on the 1st fl and was so noisy. Guests and staff of the hotel was sitting on the tables below my balcony and the smoke from the cigaretts was coming directly in the room … Also , people were stayning out till 2-3 am in the morning talking loudly and drinking without any restriction from the property . I was not able to sleep even with closed window - coffee was terrible , breakfast I didnt even try. cleaning

Very very bad, not clean at all we kept killing bugs and spiders inside the room. Under the bed was disgusting. Definitely do not recommend!!
