The entire staff was extremely nice and welcoming - loved the beach bar staff especially! Plenty of food, diversified, very good cakes and pastries compared to other all inclusive hotels. The sheets were changed daily, same as the towels. Loved the cocktails served at the bar as well. The location was huge, with plenty of places to take a walk or relax on a bench while enjoying the sea view. I would recommend the hotel for families with children (as it was full of kids), and not for young couple in search of fun and parties. The cable TV had also two Romanian channels, Antena 1 and TVR.

The beach sun chairs had no pillows so quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was cleaned quite superficially (the shower had some dark colored hairs on the margins from day one until we checked out - I'm blonde, so they weren't mine). On Mondays we were supposed to have the Barbeque night, but there was no Barbeque served. Most of the dining tables are outside and if it rains, you will have to do some waiting for an inside table to clear in order to eat (we had to wait around 1h on one rainy day until we got a place to eat).

The view from the restaurant is very beautiful at sunset. The food is tasty. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy.

The wifi did not work during the weekend. Probably there were too many devices trying to connect. The beach is pretty small. The front pool is in front of the restaurant, so it’s open only a few hours. I did not see many people using the front pool. I believe it’s just to catch your attention on booking websites.

Good food and staff very friendly. The "All Inclusive" option is very good and deserves the money. It's the third time I've been here and I'll probably come back.

Unfortunately, the critical point is the hotel's beach, which is undersized compared to the number of rooms in the hotel. There are three beaches. Two are free, with direct access to the sea, and the third is with payment. It would be fair for all beaches to be free of charge. The practice of "reserving" sunbeds and umbrellas overnight by tourists should be discouraged.

Position by the sea. The fact that they had their own private beach that they managed and gave you free access to it. The facilities on the beach are good. Nice sunbeds, umbrellas, enough space so that it doesn’t get crowded. Place to have a walk. Showers and bar on the beach. Food was good, sufficient variety and pretty good quality for the money you pay. We also had a good surprise, we did not book a room with sea view, but they gave us one that had quite ok view towards the sea. The rooms have AC that works well so despite the high temperatures, the room is chill. The terrace of the resto has a great view to the sea. The tea selection is good.

Rooms were only superficially cleaned (especially the bathroom, which we rather had to clean ourselves to have to use the toilet). Don’t expect much in terms of drinks - they serve water and artificial soft drinks on tap. Coffee is okaysh. Teas are good. The free alcohol is Bulgarian (copies of Martini, rhum brands and other). They are not extraordinary. Wine and beer on tap. Tasted just the wine which is bad.

Friendly staff, nice facilities, good quality-price ratio. Rooms in building A are big and spacious and the view is just lovely.

Staff should speak English. All sunbeds are occupied over the night and you cannot find any available in the morning. Even though you have a big announcement that let's you know that towels will be removed over night if left on the beach, that never happened. We visited the hotel two times this summer and it's always the same This can ruin your experience because the beach cannot be cleaned properly.

The location is really good, the view is nice, there are a lot of green areas, not so many people, only the ones who are staying at the resort. If you want a location not so crowded, it is a good option. Moreover, it is ok for families with kids. Lot of space for kids to play. The rooms are decent, rated 4/5 stars. Cleaning ladies come daily. The staff is nice. There are two small beaches rated 3/5. It is close to Balcik and other really nice beaches, like Bendida, so if you travel by car, it is a great and cheap location for staying, while you can visit other areas and cities. Long time for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you miss one of the meals. Snacks from snack bar are free, some drinks from bar also free. For the price you pay, it is really okay. We stayed 5 days, at the beginning of september.

The food was mediocre, either too much salt, either no salt at all. Some of the dishes were absolutely weird, but there is a huge variety of types of meals so it is impossible not to find something to eat. A little bit isolated, if you don't travel by car so you could visit other areas as well, it can be really boring. Do not hope for gym, so you won't be dissappointed. Just resume to sleep, eat and repeat. Really small glasses for water juice whatever you want from bar. For people who do not do alcoholic drinks, if you want a decent orange juice from bar, you gotta pay for it around 6-7 leva/glass. Overall, for the price you pay for all inclusive, it is worth it. Just not set up huge expectations of 5 stars hotel. Way better and cheaper than a vacation on Romanian seaside.

All the staff was more than friendly and they made you feel appreciated. The food was great, diverse and plenty for everybody. The room offered a spectacular view of the bay.

The room could have been cleaner. The sea water was not always clean dispite the fact it is a private beach The pool is in the middle of the eatting place so too close to the tables.

- breakfasts, lunches and dinners were tasty. the quality of the products was ok; - bartenders were smiling; - the beach was clean; - the hotel was clean around; - the room was big; - nice lobby at the reception; - a very quiet area where you can relax; - the air conditioning worked good.

- the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly; - no daily replacement of towels and cosmetics; - smell from the bathroom - problem with the sewage - reported and solved for a while because the next day it was the same.

We had a beautiful view over the sea from the main building. The studio with balcony and sea view (2 adults + 1 child) had large rooms and large balconies. Most of the staff was polite.

Overcrowded food court. Some food, I couldn't realise wich one, gave me a rash for the entire stay. Pool squezeed between the tables, impossible to use during meals. Full of ants, even at fourth floor, but that is probably due to those who bring food in the rooms. The guests were allowed to keep the sunbeds occupied overnight, by leaving their towels on them. Nobody seemed to care, except those less fortunate (like us), who could only find free sunbeds in an area further from the sea.
