The hotel is located in a nice area with a view at the sea. The employees are respectful and helpful. The room was large and clean

-The breakfast was served cold - the smell of mold or a closed smell everywhere inside - very very small balcony

They changed breakfast - is better now and the restaurant looks nice. Lotos main atraction is the location (with free parking spot), but the rooms are geting older, smelly, in need of repair.

The hotel looks like it is left out for a while. There are some improvements, but definitely needs more to be done. There are only few car park spaces available.

Except for the sea view of the room and hotel location NOTHING met our expectations.

Room was not clean, visibly dirty. We found bugs in the room. The bathroom had electric wires fittings ope in the air with risk of electrical accident (we have insulated one open electric plug in the bathroom). The walls had fresh dirt stains on them, we cleaned them. The shower broke during our stay. The reception was not manned and when it was they did not speak any English (probably trained not to speak so they would not be requested things by customers). Room never cleaned during 4 days stay. Consumables not refilled in the bathroom. not even the hygienic paper (we had to buy the bathroom refills in the local shop). The breakfast was awful, served in a dark dirty place, NO WATER provided for breakfast. Very little selection of buffet food presented scarcely on the bottom of the cold containers (cold omelette). We had to ASK for coffee, we insisted. Have never seen such a well placed hotel with such poor management. I asked for invoice, they refused to issue invoice for the payment. Restaurant terrace also dirty with imminent risk of food poisoning (one of my family got a bacteria - ended up in hospital). Such a pity for the position and view of this property.
