Location was great, staff was super friendly, it was clean and there was good food for my taste. Really good value for money.

It says there is WiFi, but it could only sometimes barely connect in the restroom. Throughout the whole hotel including the dining area, the wifi signal was horrible. It was almost like not having WiFi.

The location was perfect minute's away from the ski lift bars and restaurants. A nice quiet spot located in the woods . The owner and his staff gave us a very warm welcome and were very polite and helpful on arrival. Would definitely re - visit this hotel. The breakfast was fine, it might be diversified. Location is perfect, it is close to the center of the resort, yet it is in the middle of a beautiful forest and quiet. Staff was friendly.

In general nothing, may be a greater number of TV channels would be fine.

The location is very good. The hotel is very close to the center of the town, near the forest. The staff was very friendly. It was very quiet, so we were able to rest very well, even though we were very close to the center.

The utilities from the bathroom are a little old and could use a replacement. The type of door lock is old and quite problematic.

terrible breakfast- powder eggs and juices, limited choice and low quality, restaurant aspect. not great the household- just after 3 days had a vacuum cleaning of the room and garbage bin emptying, no towel or linen change in 4 days stay. The location saves the mark!

The location is great. Very quiet but still near everything. Staff very kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms with big and comfortable beds. Great surroundings with pine trees, perfect clean air.

I expected better fitness area and jakuzxi didn't work but the sauna was clean and big enough for four prople

Conveniently located within walking distance of the ski lifts, but at the same time slightly away from the hustle and bustle, with a view of the forest. It's nice that breakfast is included in the price, and there was enough variety for our taste. The owner and staff are pleasant people.

Observation rather than a dislike. Preferred more variety in cooked breakfast items as it was scrambled egg and frankfurters every day. This is a theme I have found across Bulgarian hotels though. The lift made a number of rumbles and rattles.
