The food; Very kind staff - from the restaurant, bar(s), reception and cleaning ladies. Pool always clean. Aqua Gym daily. Good cocktails even if there were made with local drinks.

The check-in should be more flexibile. We arrived at 12 after 13 hours of driving and we couldn't receive the room. Sezlongs issues - the blame is 50-50 (we had to wake up very early every day because they weren't enough and because guests were reserving them from 6 am and used them only at 14 (after lunch). Parking expensive...

Everything was perfect since we arrived. The receptionist was very kind and always with a smile on her face. The rooms were nice, big and clean. The food was good, very tasty and with lots of options from you can chose, even for toddlers. The hotel is near the beach, which is a great advantage if you have kids. The pool was clean also.

Huge rooms, clean, great location, dinner and breakfast with plenty variety! The personnel inside are friendly.

Parking guards are awful, they keep you waiting in the sun and they only care about that 25 leva/day. Just have some hospitality, it's not that difficult. Most customers are like a horde of barbarians: ravaging the food platters, always munching., screaming, yelling, wasting tons of food, splashing ice cream on the floor. I know it's not the hotel's fault.

The staff was really kind. The location is great (~100 m from the sea). +1 point for the beach bar. Animators spoke English quite well. The snack bar offers a good amount of food even if you miss lunch :)

The water in the pool was cold (even in the afternoons) and they close the beach access at 6 PM. The wifi is unstable. I was surprised that "Ultra" all-inclusive only meant local alcoholic drinks. Dress-code in the dining area is not checked therefore we've seen people with wet dresses (could cause a headache if you sit after them). No to mention, they did not really care about 'non-smoking' areas in the outside tables.

The property is not directly on the beach you have a 5 star hotel in front, the beach bar is verry little and the glasses of beer, wine are verry little also(coffe ones but from plastic) and regarding the ultra all inclusive services is a BIG LIE YOU need to pay for international drinks, parking is a lie also, the staff redirect you to another place 300 meters away from hotel and charge with 10 eur/day ! The only good thing is the food !

Good location.

The corridors were not lit and even dark during the day. It was deadly at night ,It is a hazard if anyone left something in the corridor. The food was poor as was the Bulgarian drinks, branded drinks were extra. We had to eat out twice the food was so bad . It was a three star and four star on different sides of the building, but really it was all two star .
