Liked proximity to the beach. Overall quiet and comfortable, food was ok.

Over 6 days , cleaning service was superficial, and sheets + towels never changed. They usually came early in the morning, and if you were still in the room, only the garbage was taken, but there no cleaning afterwards. The draining from the pool had a powerful smell of urine in the last 2 days of our stay...of course, not the hotel's fault that some people are not civilised, however, the situation should have been solved.

Perfect location for family. We enjoy every moment. Just a few things, as you can see below that can be improved

the sunbeds at the pool were reserved by some guests as early as 6 in the morning or the night before. while they went to the sea and kept them busy, empty. the place set up on the beach needs to be taken care of because during the entire stay no one cleaned it and you could find dozens of bottles, glasses and cigarette butts in the sand.

I liked the fact was near to the beach

I didn’t liked the fact that many guests occupied the chairs at the pool and they left to the rooms to get some sleep and other people who wanted to stay at the pool hadn’t a spare seat! I believe that it was needed a post from the hotel to inform tge guests that everyone should have the chance to stay at the pool. I even saw a family ho had 4 chairs on every part to move around the sun, that was not nice!

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds

More furniture needed in the sitting room of the suite. Only one couch, no chairs in a large room. Very empty and lacking in ambience.

The hotel is very clean, with a pool for adults and a smaller one for kids. The room was spacious, comfortable and also very clean. The food in the restaurant is not extremely various but is very very tasty and the sweets are amazingly delicious. The drinks are also good. In the night there is a program animation for kids and after that there is a show for all the family with different themes. The staff is very kind and open to help if the case.

The sun beds from the beach are not very comfortable without a mattress. It would be better to be the same model with the sun beds from the pool

Asteria Family Resort was our ideal getaway. From our arrival, we were impressed by the resort. Dining here was a treat; every meal was both diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes - and our children are picky eaters. The amenities, especially the pools and engaging kids' club, were top-notch. But the heart of our stay was the staff – their dedication made our experience truly special. The resort's commitment to sustainability also stood out, making our stay feel responsible and enriching. In a nutshell, Asteria offers a perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and exceptional service. We can't wait to return.

There is nothing we didn't like.

Our stay at Asteria Family Sunny beach hotel was memorable and unique. The room was great, spacious, adapted to be with children. The cleaning staff was excellent, the rooms, towells were cleaned every day. Bartenders were just excellent, best feedback and wishes to the animation team, they create unforgettable atmosphere to our holidays!!! The food selection were diverse, fresh and delicious. Everything excellent!!!

One unpleasant thing is that we were misled at the reception about additional à la Carte restaurant dinner and we were informed that there are no seats in the restaurant. So you need to order this dinner as soon as you arrive!

Our family vacation at Asteria Family Hotel was a blast! The staff, especially Front office manager Velina Petkova, were incredibly helpful. We requested a comfy bed for our child (not a sofa bed!), and they made it happen immediately. From the spacious room with a pool view to the delicious food (huge thanks to the Turkish chefs!), everything exceeded expectations. The à la carte restaurant staff, led by Dimitar Dimitrov, and bartenders like Djem and Pavel ensured every meal and drink was a delight. The location was perfect – close to the center but quiet, and just a short walk to the private beach. Asteria Family Hotel gets top marks for amazing food and comfort, and a staff that goes the extra mile!
