Staff was incredible! I had an important early meeting and taxis were not available. The manager himself and another staff member (don't know his name) gave me a ride and I was able to get on time. I was really grateful 😊 The room is very comfortable, good bed and amazing shower! Everything was very clean.

The hotel is a little far from old town and other turistic places. However, taxis are quite cheap and the staff lady always called taxi for me 😊 The air conditioner was a little bit noisy. The worst thing was the internet!!! It was always failing inside the room... I think this a big NO in 2023... Breakfast is good, but I would like to have more options (especially other types of bread). But its just a suggestion.

Breakfast is very simple and nutritious. The menu is not very diverse, but for morning meals is enough. Good coffee, excellent roasting, a few teas to choose from, this is also very good. The location of the hotel is very good, especially if you are doing in this part of the city, but the center is not far away, I walked 15 minutes to the center at an average pace.

I liked everything, there are no complaints. I'm sure everything worked fine before the pandemic and now some services are not available and the reason is in the pandemic. However, this does not prevent you from enjoying a beautiful hotel.

The room was nice. The check-in altho a bit long was also fine. The breakfast (until 10.30am) was standard, but included in the price.

The location is the only real problem of that place, as it is far away from the centre.

Great room, a nice big balcony and great people. Breakfast was also very good. We’ll return for sure!

There was no air conditioning in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable but it’s not full blown summer yet, so we managed :)

The best thing about the hotel is its cleanliness. I really liked the room and the bathroom. We booked two rooms and they were eaqually clean. The staff was friendly and some of them speak Turkish which is good. Breakfast was more than enough. I enjoyed my stay there and I will probably opt for the City hotel for my next Plovdiv trip as well.

Nothing to dislike

The room was perfect: the shower was amazing, beds very comfy, very clean, we had everything we needed in the bathroom. They gave us water on the house, and the breakfast was good.

A little far from the center The staff hardly speaks english, someone from the reception told us that the breakfast was between 7:30 and 8:00 and it actually was from 7:30 to 10:00, that was unpleasant

we book two rooms triple and double. rooms were big and conformable breakfast was good.unfortunately we could not use the spa because of covid restrictions. reception was helpful. people were friendly.

everything was what we expected

Very clean and big rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with delicious home made pastries. Free parking spots in front of the hotel.

Maybe a bit far from city center, but by car it takes 7-8 minutes.

Nice decorated rooms but relative small. Everything in the room looks new and well maintenent also the beds are very comfortable.
