Private parking in front of the hotel. Conformable beds. Friendly staff. Nice furniture. For a few-day stay is perfect.

The breakfast was very poor; the first day there were bananas and apples, the second day there were only 2-3 apples and no one brought some more fruits; there was only espresso (no cappuccino or something else). The second day they have prepared some kind of pastry which was highly overbaked.

It is a nice 3 years old hotel with very friendly staff! The room was clean. It is more convenient for a solo traveler or a couple because the bathroom is in the room only divided by glass. There is an open pool and sauna. There is free parking and a decent breakfast. The hotel is near the main road if you travel near the mountain. It is very good for business trips.

The shower direction switch was broken. The fitness is with a cross trainer and running path. The fridge was not very cool.

The hotel is new and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful, great service! Food is nice. ( Omelette at the restaurant is super tasty 😋) A little bit of poor breakfast, but it was ok for a "city type hotel". Room is small, but again- for a short stay while exploring the city of Plovdiv it's a perfect place. Very, very good value for the money we paid! It's 10 min by car from the center.

It's a bit far away from everything, in an industrial neighborhood, but with a car it's not an issue to go fast to the city center. For the money it's a great option overall for a few days.

Very good interior design. Fresh and modern, the hotel gives off young vibes. It comes with all sorts of features covering your needs. There is a sauna, a play room, a pool bar supposedly open to the public that hosts parties, ...

Absolutely no transport between the hotel and the city centre after 9pm. We had to use taxis. Pool price was not included in the booking and restaurant has mediocre food. Play area was not well kept (no PlayStation, no darts, ...)

It is a relatively new hotel with good design and facilities in general. Staff was really helpful and kind.

Some small details to be changed in the shower and the beds. Also a small storage area or a small closet will be useful. None of that are super important but it will significantly raise the comfort level of the hotel.

The hotel was convenient to get to from the airport. It's really nicely decorated with a lot of communal spaces to hang out and have fun - a pool table, ping pong, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms were really nice and the staff at reception were super helpful and friendly.

There was a group on our floor who partied loudly until 6am and we were all kept up. The walls didn't isolate the sounds very well, and the group ignored our pleas for quiet.

I appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff, their daily dedication to bring the best experience to the guests, their unwavering enthusiasm to call for a cab whenever necessary and their consistent effort to maintain the highest standards for services at a hotel.

Everything was amazing

Really nice design of premises and the room. The reception lady was helpful even though her english was highly limited. Location is on the outskirts, but a-ok for my needs.

The automatic lighting in the room can cause issues with night pee walks.

Nice clean fresh hotel. Good connection to center. Beds are comfortable. You can open the windows. And you can use the small sauna. The pool was still closed, when we 've been there.

The salt room can be just used for a fee.

The Hotel was great and very nicely decorated with parking and many comforts like play-room, car wash, sauna, and a nice terrace, with friendly staff and good rooms.

The only bad thing is that they charged me 15 leva (7,5 euros) for the pool although I was a hotel client, which i think is wrong.
