Good new hotel. Clean rooms. Private parking. Breakfast not very various, but fresh and tasty.

Bulgarian shower.

Excellent level of hospitality , brand new facilities, welcoming atmosphere, big comfortable, exceptionally well cleaned rooms . High quality bed sheets and towels , sustainable toiletries ,well aired hallways , comfortable beds, normal size lift to the upper levels, professional service at the reception ! There was late evening water supply interruption caused by the city of Shumen , meanwhile hotel's team acted immediately and restored the water supply via local hotel's reservoir installed for such events . I am amid traveller around the world and I was very pleased to find such level of exceptional service here ! Keep the good work !

My only suggestion is to make sure drainage in the bathroom floor is regularly cleaned and water is easy to drain. Maybe to change the concept into shower cabin instead of open floor bathroom space. It was very clean , but keeps wet floor (and possibly slippery ) for a while after using the shower.

it’s a new hotel, great parking, easy to get to without going into the city but close to lots of shops etc, the Arena is within a couple of hundred meters. Large room, very clean, with TV, fridge, even a yoga mat and also had a great A/C system The sisters that run the hotel are exceptional, informative, friendly and super helpful.

The hotel is rather new, it was opened in April 2022. Thus everything is nice and tidy, even the underground garage for the free parking. Very warm welcome, calm neighborhood so one could sleep with open window, as I prefere. Top WIFI. For me the location was very near to where nmy friends live which was a plus point for me.

There could be somewhat more choice for the breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and has a great atmosphere, organized and friendly staff who really love their job and care about their guests. Another very important thing is that this unit has underground parking, and this is very good because things and car are in a safe place. Thank you

Great welcome by the very friendly staff of the hotel, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed particularly comfortable, the location also convenient (10 min away from the city center by foot). Worth noting that there was also a private underground parking

Was a great location for me as it was only a minutes drive to an equestrian facility I was visiting but if someone wants a very central to town accommodation there may be better options. Still close only a 10 minute walk.

Dana the owner is as helpful as can be. Very pleasant young lady who is a very good worker and not afraid to chat with guests. I am sure she will make a great success of her beautiful hotel. Hope to stay there again soon.

A fridge and kettle would improve the room.

Nice and clean rooms, safe parking, nice location.

Breakfast could be richer, a normal shower cabin would be much better.

Super clean and comfortable. Nice clean modern interior design. Spacious basement parking with elevator access. Coffee was available 24/7.

The streets getting to the hotel were narrow and pot holed.
