The room size and facilities are good.
The pillows were totally different from each other, the door locks "peeps" every time you enter, I know this is some kind of security feature but is a problem when someone tries to sleep inside. Roof restaurants don't work, so the most interesting thing about the hotel you can't see it. Breakfast was poor.

French bed, good TV and room' arrangement overall was very good for the money, comparing to other hotels of the same price. It's more like a studio, so high standard, but not 4 stars for sure.
All lifts not working. The bathtub was not clean on the corners had black stuff like mold. Receptionist unprofessional, can't answer basic questions about the food details est.

The hotel is located very close to the city centre. The breakfast was meeh,okay. Doable, not great but definitely not terrible. The staff was welcoming, however this is probably the most nastiest hotel I had ever seen.
This is probably the most nastiest hotel I had ever seen. The room was not clean, the sheets,the floor, the bathroom it was nasty and disgusting. For 80 lv a night, I would’ve expect something decent.

The room was dirty and there were like several bugs in the bathroom. In the whole hotel there were like three rented rooms but we were put in one next to the projectors and AC outside body - no sleeping and there were many other rooms they could have given us. The breakfast was very poor. Too high prices for what you receive.

The location. Near to targovishite center.
Dirty, low quality and quantity breakfast (no buffet), mold in the bathroom. Dirty carpets, waiting around 5 minutes to come warm water. Cleaning and towels changing after notice in the reception. Broken on purpose the airco control ( so you can't customize the temperature). That was the second time that I visit this hotel. The one and only thing that changed from my last visit was the cockroaches wasn't there.. The reception staff mostly staying outside and smoking. So when you need someone you have to search around. I choose this hotel because I didn't found empty room near to center. Never again. Supposed that is 5 or 4 stars hotel..noway.. Avoid this hotel!!
