We are not for the first time here because it suits us. The bathroom is not being ready for us this time, but they apologize with pizza and champagne. The rooms should be checked before people arrive if they are ready to go. Overall, we have great experience, thanks.

I think restaurant staff need more training. Some of the new waitresses, which I never know, are talking to me with unofficial form. Table clothes are always dirty when we are seated on the table. I see 3 people, the staff waiters, smoking inside in the main restaurant waiting for customers. The service there is very slow. One lunchtime, we ordered 3 soups , 1 bottle of water, 2 capucino, and a completely plain macaroni for my 5 years old child. They charged me for this macaroni 18,80 Leva, which is shocking. We paid, of course, but we absolutely avoid other visits in the main restaurant.

The hotel is nice, the restaurant too. The location cannot be better.

The air conditioner was a nightmare. It was extremely cold and after you turn it off, it still switch on every now and then. The receptionists explained some tips to stop this but none of them worked so the room was freezing cold all the time and we had to dress warmly for the night even though it was 20C+ outside. Unlike other hotels of this class, there was no electric kettle.

Close to everything, a surprise in every catagory beyond the provincial capitol of Sliven was expected to provide. End of Summer/expatriating at my Lyatno Kyshta needed a quiet but tasteful retreat for the trip out. Also a short walk down to the central bus station for the ride back to Sofia. It costs the same as a budget central Sofia hotel per night with added space and up to date bathroom and bedroom.

I didn't like struggling so hard to find nothing to complain about. I even loved the antique stereo in the midstair repose between floor one and two. And the included breakfast was too good. I hate a hotel that makes a good buffet for no extra price. It takes one extra gripe away.

Location is great, the staff was polite and prompt. Breakfast was ok although a bit limited variety. Parking is a big plus.

The junior suite was a bit tight for a family of four. Heating was central and was a tad bit chilly but they provided us with a small ventilator heater so it was fine. There was some noise in a couple of the evenings as our room was above the restaurant and there were parties and preparations for those.

A bath tub! Yeah! Besides this very comfy beds Single room size was huge. A nice desk with a view, perfect for working from there. WiFI was fast and stable (!! - often hotel connections re-connect after a while, not so this one.) Ah, and even a parking spot was included in the price! It is in the middle of the town.

Sliven (okay, that might be mean)

The location is great, it is at the center square of the city. The breakfast was great too. The ventilation was great at the room.And I love the view with mountains.

There now reservation on my name, but after searching at booking they find my name, I do not know what will happen if it the hotel was full, they find room for me, but the information from booking wasn't share it there's sistem and maybe some time will be problem for someone. The man that was a reception was really kind and solve the problem . The furniture and the carpet needs renovation, but the pros was more than the coins I recommended the place.

Food is good. Location is great. Staff is friendly.

We definitely don't like the fixed temperature on air conditioner of 28 degrees in August. This is totally wrong.

The hotel is located in a very good location, in the city center near the pedestrian street. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Very good breakfast with a wide choice. The cable car to Sini Kamani Park is 4.5 km away.

Breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. Free parking is available behind the hotel.

The air conditioning in the room was not working and there was a humming noise that woke me up at 03.00 in the night. A single room also means that you get a small bed of about 80cm.

1. Reading lights in room didn't work. 2. I kept turning off the air con ....it kept turning itself on and waking me! 3. We needed breakfast 15 minutes early. We emailed to request this. We received a confirming email saying that would be ok at no extra cost , but, sadly, we could not have our breakfast early! This was very stressful . . . when you are elderly, like us, and have an early appointment to keep. Very disappointing
