Great location, very clean and tidy with good amenities... Stunning sea views from the rooftop pool. The staff we're very polite and professional but not overly engaging.

The room description booked via Booking.com didn't match the room we were given. We booked a sea view room with a sofa and terrace...Although the room was lovely and had a sea view we had a very small balcony (certainly not as depicted in picture) and no sofa to relax in room.

This hotel provides a top-quality five star experience. Gorgeous view from the top infinity pool overlooking the Sozopol marina. The room was excellent - beautiful, clean and modern all in one. We got a room overlooking the marina and the balcony was lovely and provided a nice spot for watching the sunset. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location at the heart of Sozopol. Strongly recommend - wouldn't be surprised if this is the best hotel in Sozopol.

Parking at the hotel car park was for a fee - this was not specified during the booking process. The parking cost more than the car park right next to it which is the one we went for.

Staff were really helpful and friendly each day. Breakfast & Dinner were tasty.

The gym is really small & the photos are a little dishonest. The restaurant was expensive. Arriving outside of June - September meant nothing was open and no nightlife.

The hotel itself was awesome . Every detail was designed to perfection. The gentleman who took care of breakfast and later oversaw the pool was attentive in the most intricate manner, but was so uninvasive. The breakfast was to live for. The leisure facilities were so clean and beautifully maintained and designed. Fabulous hotel. Thank you .

Unfortunately some of the marina is blocked by a couple of unsightly buildings .

This hotel was incredible! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We don’t speak a lot of Bulgarian and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of - in English! The food is delicious and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s close to old town, cute restaurants on the marina and perfect to catch a boat to enjoy the Black Sea. Plus, we had epic sunsets every night.

While the rooms were very comfortable, the walls were surprisingly thin. We could hear everything our neighbors said. We also couldn’t control the air conditioner so our room was a bit warm and stuffy.

The location was perfect. The view of the port from Seaview room was amazing. Everything about the hotel was great down to the smallest detail. We would definatly be regulars throughout the year. The restaurant food was 10 out 10 with a great menu. highly reccomend

need add bin for bathroom; need add place for a kettle with a socket; the water in the hand faucet heats up very slowly; need add do not disturb sign to double sea view room; need add english menu to the restaurant; need do menu more readable ( big font size); need add fish to menu; need add different zones for smoking and non smoking( even cigars) at the restaurant; water in the restaurant should be free cost

Top location next to the water with walking distance around Old Town. Fantastic top roof pool area. Nice bar area in a covered but outdoor terass, nice place to relax and have a drink. Friendly people in the reception area.

Price considering Bulgaria was quite high for the room charge.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful room, and a location that is very close to both new and old town and 5 min away from the beach.

The towel hangers were definitely too few. Although the hotel is very nice, it's too expensive.
