The pictures don’t don’t do justice to this gem of a property! The views from the room and restaurant up front are absolutely breathtaking! You can sit and enjoy the sunset while having a lovely delicious dinner in their restaurant as live music plays in the background. The location is perfect - less than 10 mins walk to the heart of the old city, yet far enough from the party for a quiet and relaxed stay. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are specious and very clean. I will absolutely come back again.

I think parking is a problem in the area in general. More so during the weekend though so it’s ok.

Great location, great view from our balcony. Helpful staff. Gave us beach towels to use and map of area. 10 min walk to Sandy beach or can swim from rocks in front of hotel. Paid parking just outside the hotel.Clean room and Air con good. Reasonable breakfast. Supplied bowl for hand-washing clothes and a drying rack. We had a great stay.

Room was quite small and so was the bathroom. And while clean could use a refresh. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was an overpriced Minibar but the prices are clearly stated so can’t really complain.

Brilliant location and lovely view of the sea when having breakfast. Breakfast very good - buffet style. Room was large and clean and nice balcony. Wi-Fi was good. A packed breakfast was provided when we had an early check out.

Toiletries were limited- single use sachet of shower gel was provided on arrival. However this was not replenished during the stay. However when we asked for more, we did receive it.

Excellent location in the old town and great sunset views on the terrace. Amazing staff - breakfast staff will make additional food like eggs, french toast, pancakes etc upon request. Reception/management staff were very kind, always greeting me. They lent me a beach towel and drove me to the bus stop when I left. Room was very spacious and facilities were clean. Would definitely visit again

We enjoyed a lot our stay and in particular the breakfast time on the terrace with a sea view. The room size was perfect, very clean and quiet. Towels changed every day (a bit too much, thinking of the environment!). Read an excellent book found on the hotel book shelves. Nice and polite staff. Thank you!

Breakfast was announced to start at 8h but at that hour they were only starting to arrange the buffet. Something to be improved.

The location was excellent. The edge of the old city, with front line view to the sea and Sveti Ivan island. The hotel has a few parking spaces right in front of it. The breakfast was also good. Half of the tables are facing the sea.

The only thing that could be improved is twin bed size. For studio with separate bedroom the size could be a bit bigger.

We had a studio with a balcony and sea view. The view over the island was spectacular. We particularly liked that the room was large, besides the well equipped kitchen there was a substantial dining table and chairs. The bed was large and very comfortable. The shower was large. Couldn't fault it in fact.

The hotel has an excellent location and most rooms have a great view. Staff is extremely helful and friendly. Our room was good size with excellent view. Breakfast was sufficient and of decent quality.

Some refurbishment/maintenance is needed here and there, but I guess it will be fixed for the next season. Driving and parking is generally tricky in the old town Sozopol (nothing to do with the hotel of course).

Nice hotel in the middle of Sozopol old city. You can take a walk, eat at nice restaurants. Most nights there was live guitar music at the hotel, classical guitar played by Keri. Loved it!

The air conditioner of the neighbor was loud and I could hear it all night long.
