The food was quite tasty. Staff from the restaurant deserves good feedback, they tried to do their best, especially the manager who manages the whole process and tries to improve certain things on the fly. Approximately 7 min to the beach to walk.

The waiters should work better. They should serve quicker and with greater quality. And they Should be prohibited to grab food while the dinner is lasting since they should concentrate their attention on clients' service. Information about All-inclusive (when breakfast/dinner starts/finishes, what includes else) should be shared among the customers when they check in. This info I found on my own. While we check in the doorman did not offer to carry bags.

Wonderful location, everything is close - the sea and shops and Nessebar. service staff is very friendly. the hotel is beautiful, a lot of greenery and no noise

Wanted to say thank you, we are definitely coming back, very highly recommend for a laid back chill holiday. Everything was just as expected. Need to mention the restaurant, left us with a very good impression. Quality and tastes of everything was absolutely exceptional, also loved how they cater for vegetarians. DELICIOUS dishes & beautiful presentation. ERHAN is definitely a MasterChef 👌, they know what they do and to make guests happy is a priority here 👍

Can't fault a thing

everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly and nice, Lada and Anastacia from the pool bar especially. we had a great time. Also is very clean and the food is good for the price that you pay.

Rooms were clean and maintenance was done by staff every day. Food was very good and diverse. Couldn't ask more from a 4 star facility. Exchange, market, pharmacy 50m from the door.

The hotel is well maintained with great amenities. The location is perfect - very near to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is cleaned very well every day and towels are replaced.

The food was fresh but quite poor, several dishes, the restaurant staff was a bit grumpy .

Excellent location - the beach is 5 minutes away, 30 minutes walk to the old town of Nessebar or there is a mini train nearby. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Good varied breakfast. For a couple of nights we did not see the negative. If you need "all inclusive" - you need to go to Turkey!)

Narrow beds in a triple room! Seasonal cost is a little expensive)
