The food was quite tasty. Staff from the restaurant deserves good feedback, they tried to do their best, especially the manager who manages the whole process and tries to improve certain things on the fly. Approximately 7 min to the beach to walk.

The waiters should work better. They should serve quicker and with greater quality. And they Should be prohibited to grab food while the dinner is lasting since they should concentrate their attention on clients' service. Information about All-inclusive (when breakfast/dinner starts/finishes, what includes else) should be shared among the customers when they check in. This info I found on my own. While we check in the doorman did not offer to carry bags.

Wonderful location, everything is close - the sea and shops and Nessebar. service staff is very friendly. the hotel is beautiful, a lot of greenery and no noise

The food was great! The Turkish chef is a special person! one of the evenings there was no more white wine at the bar, I praised the cooked food and told him it was a shame that those who manage the hotel did not rise to his level... He asked me what was bothering me, I told him that I used to drink white wine in the evening, but unfortunately it's not anymore... He left muttering something in Turkish and came to our table with white wine... A special man!

In the evening, when everyone is at the bar (a huge bar with four sides), the one serving (not a bartender anyway) is only one person while twenty people are waiting. The administrator must be fired!

Wanted to say thank you, we are definitely coming back, very highly recommend for a laid back chill holiday. Everything was just as expected. Need to mention the restaurant, left us with a very good impression. Quality and tastes of everything was absolutely exceptional, also loved how they cater for vegetarians. DELICIOUS dishes & beautiful presentation. ERHAN is definitely a MasterChef 👌, they know what they do and to make guests happy is a priority here 👍

Can't fault a thing

everything was perfect, the staff is very friendly and nice, Lada and Anastacia from the pool bar especially. we had a great time. Also is very clean and the food is good for the price that you pay.

Rooms were clean and maintenance was done by staff every day. Food was very good and diverse. Couldn't ask more from a 4 star facility. Exchange, market, pharmacy 50m from the door.

The food was repetitive (7 dishes each day), and we stayed 7 nights. This is the only thing wich I think they can improve

It was great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for their vacation at Nessebar - Sunny beach.
