The hotel is located 3-400 meters from the entrance in the old Nesebar and there is also a parking 200 meters from the hotel, costing 8 leva for 4 to 24 hours. The room is OK, the hotel is located on a side street so no much noise. The breakfast is not exceptional and is served near the pool. The bed is round and very confortable.

I didn't like the attitude of the manager who is in the same time the receptionist of the hotel. Although we announced that we'll arrive late (around 23 hours) and he didn't bother to answer, he was very unpleased that we were so late and kept telling us that next time he would not open the door. Maybe we awoke him at that hour. It is after all a hotel and should have an available receptionist.

I very much enjoyed my 5-night stay at this hotel which is well located between the Old City and Sunny Beach. My room was comfortable, including the novelty of sleeping in a round bed! The pool was a bonus. The plated breakfast was very generous - with ever coming offers of more! The host, Chris, was delightful - always pleasant and helpful to deal with - as was his lovely wife.

No parking - solved by the owner, but for a tax blind lightbulbs in the room and in the bathroom More tables needed for breakfast, sometimes people have to wait squelching doors town view

Great location (10 min walk to the beach and 18 min walk to Old Town). Chris is an excellent host, full of energy and ready to help. Room was big enough for 3 persons, we also had a small nice balcony. Car was parked at the property (fee). Breakfast was good. Room full of light. I would recommend it to people whi see nesebar for the first time.

Nice staff and a good small swimmingpool - a bonus when travelling with a child. Good and quiet location close to the old city and still also close to restaurants, supermarkets and cafes and quite close to the beach.

The breakfast had a wide choice of things, but the bread was very boring and disappointing. The nightlamps in the room didn't work.

This hotel is very well placed within simple reach of most of what nessebar and the surrounding areas offer. Plenty of life, shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes on foot. The hotel is run with energy and enthusiasm by chris and his family who are always on hand to assist with any issues.or requests. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed and would suit the vast majority of people.

Would be splitting hairs, cant really ask for more.

Great hotel and host, perfect location, huge breakfast choice, very comfortable and I felt like I was staying with friends

It was grreat. They preaped our breakfast according to our choices. Rooms were clean and tidy. Easy to get there. Flexible check in and check ouy.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff was very kind, nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and the mattress was comfy.

The pillow is not comfortable. The breakfast is too simple for a hotel breakfast. There were no slippers provided (different from what the ad says).

Great place to stay, excellent infrastructure, pool, bar. Very quiet. Chris (the Owner) takes personally care of the guest and ensures their well being. Walking distance to the Old Town. I would immediately return
