I liked how the hotel was very low scale. It felt safe and we even didn't see any of the other guests or staff. The hotel was also very, very close to a bus stop, which was nice. It was also very close to the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing!

Some of the beds were broken or the mattresses were very worn out. Some of the rooms had leaking baths or were missing a shower window so the whole bathroom got wet. The bus came very irregularly, and it took a couple days to find out when they came. Would be nice have the bus time table in the room

We arrived in Varna with a group of friends for the weekend. We took a 4 bedroom apartment. A very beautiful apartment, on the last floor with a stunning view. The living room has a large balcony with a sea view, and several more balconies in the bedrooms. Beautiful and designed furniture, fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very friendly, immediately answered all inquiries. We used the barbecue corner in the yard. 300 meters walking distance from the beach. There is a small minimarket and bus stop close to the villa. There is one bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet. And one more toilet inside one of the rooms.

The balcony was nice in the evening to see the sea, not an uninterrupted view, but nice enough. Beach was reasonably close, despite one had to walk via stairs to the main road and then either, as locals, via some building site stairs or a longer way we didn't use. The bed was nice and the AC worked well, appreciated the fly screens.

A lady met us after we rang the door bell, she didn't seem very friendly and spoke only Russian, which was weird. Parking was only in the street. Apartment needs a microwave or an oven.

The house offers very nice views, jacuzzy 9-18h, good access to sea and bus stop. Room equipment included fridge, washing machine and very basic kitchen equipment. The house has good internet connection and - carying owners. Thank you for nice holidays. Accomodation definitely worth the price.

Limited kitchen equipment, shops nearby accept only cash and have very small range of products. House have thin walls, noise from neighbours (moving sofas, talking, toilet vents..)

we liked absolutely everything. Is the second time we are staying here and we know that everything was great . The temperature in the apartment was enough to sped the New Year Party in there .

A microwave Oven is absolutely mandatory in the 2 floor apartment , as there is no gas/electric oven either . Also, it will be mandatory to specify that one of the bedrooms has no walls or door , it is in an open space above de livingroom .

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The view of the sea from the balcony is excellent. It's in a nice and quiet location and easy to reach on good roads.

There was a constant drainage smell in the bathroom which was a little off putting. There was no microwave or oven in the kitchenette. We stayed in winter and the whole apartment block was way over heated. Someone had even opened a window on the staircase due to the heat.

The location - super close to the beach. The view from the balcony - we were looking directly at the sea. The room was nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast was tasty. This place gives you amazing value for this price.

The internet connection was poor most of the time which was quite bad for us, as we had a lot of work to do during the days we stayed there. Another inconvenience was that the staff doesn't speak Bulgarian. They were very nice people and were trying their best to be helpful but the language barrier was definitely making it hard to communicate. If you speak Russian/Ukrainian, however, you'll be fine.

The staff was very helpful. Chatty housekeepers made good conversation. Did their best to accommodate us. Recommended good spots and restaurants and helped with room related requests.

There is a bit of a strange smell possibly from the cleaning chemicals. We got used to it, but it is strange first times being in the room.

The villa is beautiful. Everything was very comfortable. Nice shower, good towels, bedding. Owners are from Ukraine and help Ukrainian refugees. We were given washing powder for free. The room had good washing mashine and clothes airer on the balcony. Also there were cups, plates, spoons, forks etc. Big fridge and a stove (we didn't use). Our room was on a ground level and we didn't need to use steps, which is comfortable with a small baby and big suitcase. There also rooms up the stairs and no lift. We were able to park our car outside the villa on the road. There is a bus stop quite close to the property, so it's possible to get a bus to the city centre. The view from the balcony is great. The beach is beautiful and big. The flat is spacious. We enjoyed our stay

We came at 9 pm and there wasn't anyone to open the door. We called the number on the door and the owner told us we had to tell in advance our arrival time. Fortunately he came quite soon and showed us our accommodation. The hall and the kitchen downstairs had a sewage smell, but it isn't critical. Breakfast needs to be booked in advance, preferably during the booking process. The sea is quite close but There is a long staircase to the beach, which could be a problem with children or old people. There no shops or restaurants around although the owner said they can organise Bbq etc for dinner if agreed in advance.

Super friendly and helpful host, great location (3 min walk from the beach), very clean rooms and nice view from the balcony! Everything you need. Giant shower and super clean. Overall I definitely recommend and will come back whenever I will return to Varna!

You can hear guests in the hallway, but this was not a problem for us.
