Very large and comfortable rooms, nice sea view, very clean rooms, silent hotel. The breakfast and and dinner food was pretty good, I don't complain, tasty and lot of choices. We also had plenty of parking spots.

Keep in mind that during dinner they don't include any drinks. You don't have even water, which is disrespectful for guests and kids and you have to pay for bottled water at the price of 5* hotel. Indoor pool is very small, with max 10 chairs, that can get busy all the time, if you stay there in a very crowded period. Also, the outdoor large pool is a big scam, the water temperature is cold for having a bath, especially for the kids. So this is a fake commercial(it is partially heated, but not hot enough for using it when outside there are less than 20 degrees) We had to pay for getting access to Aquahouse Health Spa place, aprox 90 leva(with discount) for 2 adults and 1 child( here we really enjoyed more than 10 indoor and outdoor heated pools).

The hotel is luxurious, well maintained. The location by the sea, but the most significant is the excellent attitude and help of the staff in every matter. It is important to note the professional spa staff. The breakfast is extraordinarily rich and varied and during the day there is a free drinks bar in the lobby.

There is none.

The beach is full of rocks.

I do not like bright lights at balcony until 23.00 - that you can not switch off

We liked the facilities and the architecture of the building. The Aqua House Spa and the pools.

We did not like that for an All Inclusive you have to pay for thermal pool and the second restaurant was not included in the services and you had to pay for it. With exception of a bar maid and one receptionist all personnel was rude, bored and generally did not liked their job.

Great location, great facilities. The housekeeping staff was the best trained and polite. Probably a great manager there. The people at the spa and the gentleman at the bar were also super nice. The reception staff was very poorly trained though!

Incompetent staff at the reception desk! No guidance upon arrival, no “sorry” when I had to come back 2 times because the parking gate did not work with my card and most importantly no “how was your stay?” and no “good bye, have a nice trip”, no luggage assistance offered to a (somewhat) visibly pregnant woman traveling alone with a 8 year old. Ridiculously transactional, not rude per se, just the behavior you would expect at a roadside inn. The AC control in my room was broken, it was impossible to control the temperature, had to sleep with an open balcony door (in the month of May).

Everything was great! The food very good, the rooms veri big, clean and luxurious, the staff very profi!

Great location, the staff were friendly, they offer free access to Aquahouse and the food was great! Great spa in the hotel itself The interior is beautiful, the views even overlooking the parking are fine. Loved the play room as well.

Not that it’s any reflection of the stay at the hotel but the experience at Aquahouse wasn’t the best, I wouldn’t recommend it especially at the weekend. The pillows were uncomfortable and low quality for a 5 star hotel Personally I think the price was a bit higher considering we went in the low season (March)

Excellent location, very close to the beach (although not really waterfront), very comfortable rooms, quality beds, pillows and bedsheets, black-out curtains. Balcony towards the sea, fantastic to relax and enjoy the view. Tip: book sea view and upper floors. Excellent heated outdoor swimming pool. Staff OK, breakfast very good. Free parking, ground floor and underground.

Two villas (owned by the same company) block the view towards the sea. There was an event in the evening in the restaurant and nobody told us about. Instead of having a nice dinner on the terrace, we ended up by having to have dinner in the all-inclusive restaurant (more a canteen) which closes at 21h !! Not nice.

The breakfast was very good and offers a lot of options: vegetables, fruits, pastries, eggs and meat, you have many choices. The hotel pool is small. You must know if you have included access to Aqua House in the pool area, and for the rest you must pay: towels, bathrobe and access to the area of saunas and thermal water. Wifi is ok.

Some of the front desk staff at Aqua House do not have the right attitude to make you feel welcome, considering it's a Spa.
