The setting of the hotel is lovely. Down a green lined alley, out of the noise of the street. All the staff were lovely especially the Receptionist who was super helpful. The breakfast you choose according to your requirements and it was good. Breakfast service was very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The pool was very clean and well presented

The steps to the top floor are steep and dangerous. The staff managed all our luggage for us but be aware of this if you have any mobility issues. Also the door on our room scraped on the floor, so it would have disturbed neighbours either side or downstairs from us. We were ok to walk into town but it’s about a 15 minute walk, and flat but not an easy walk

We paid around 30 Eur for 1 night, so the price was very good for the quality of the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were of good size, clean and comfy.

The breakfast is very poor.You have to choose from a menu, but there is hardly anything to choose from. I had a scrambled egg that was pretty plain and came with 2 thin slices of rather hard tomato. The dish was complemented with a plate of 2 toasts and 2 pieces of baguette, but they didn’t look inviting or taste good. Given there was hardly anything else to choose from on the menu, my girlfriend went for a plate of freshly cooked bread and jams, so she got the same plate of 2 toasts and 2 pieces of baguette that I got as complimentary to my eggs. Jam and butter were from a small plastic container that you get in the cheapest B&B. We had dinner in the same restaurant the night before and if it was not for the bottle of wine, we would have been very disappointed.

This is a lovely little hotel, tucked away to give a real sense of tranquillity, yet fairy close to the centre of town (walkable). The staff were all very pleasant and helpful with great attention to detail (one evening when we ate in the hotel restaurant, they offered to take the table and chairs out onto the veranda so that we could enjoy the evening air - a really nice touch showing genuine care for customers). The room - a deluxe one - was very spacious and comfortable: bath and wash basin quirkily situated off the bedroom, whilst separate shower and toilet were in an enclosed room. There were seating options inside the room and on the outside balcony/veranda so that relaxing on the premises was easy and pleasant. Swimming pool was very clean and relaxing. The restaurant served good food in a pleasant environment such that we ate in (a rarity as we tend to go outside hotels for dinner). Altogether a really nice place.

A small point: our room was directly at the top of the stairs such that anyone/everyone coming up the stairs could see straight into our room through the big glass patio doors. We felt inclined to keep the curtains closed (especially when using the bath in the open plan bedroom!).

Hidden in an alley lies this little gem. Beautyful complex, very nice staff. They help you with anything you want. The room and the bathroom are spacious. Good shower, though mixing till the right temperature is a bit diffucult. Bed is very hard, but I guess that's everywhere in Cambodia. There is a restaurant on premise, serving good food all day. Breakfast is great, choice from different styles.

Nothing really

The family room was large and comfortable. It was nice that there were 2 separate bathrooms. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was very friendly. Especially the manager ( don’t know his name). He was very helpful and arranged a tuk tuk and transfer to Phnom Penh for us.

The location was not the best. it was right off a dirt road and there wasn’t much to do within walking distance. The food at the restaurant was good, and breakfast ok, but I thought the portions were small for dinner and breakfast options limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Cambodia.

Big spacious room, big bathroom and a very lush garden with big, warm salt water pool. Adorable staff in general and a special thanks to the girl at the bar who did do everything to make us feel comfortable. Absolutely great! Great service for all your needs and further travels. Very convenient!

Hardly anything. Just not so much shade near the poolside. Futhermore location is such that you need a tuktuk or motorcycle to go to the city center but that is no problem at all!! Very funny was the safe which was not attached to anything. A handle would have made this a nice hand bag to carry away :)

It has a great pool, very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and organised tours and tuk tuk transport for us. They also organised breakfast early for us when we had to meet an early bus. The food is good at the restaurant and breakfast was well managed. The room was spacious.

The accommodation is a little out of the town/restaurant area but it was a short tuk tuk ride and the staff were able to organise this for us when needed.

Really nice hotel, tucked away off a main road. It's far enough back though, that the noise from the road is not an issue at all. The pool is a great size and has a jacuzzi. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Not that I didn't like it, but I would recommend packing some mosquito repellent. It's not like there were loads, but it would be a handy precaution.

The bathroom was OK but needed a makeover as it was looking old but the thing I really did not like was they allowed smoking in the dining room even my one of the staff which is very inconsiderate and not acceptable in this day and age.

An oasis of green and clean compared to the hussel, orange clay and brown waters of battambang

The "music" of the local funerals and weddings but this has nothing to do with the hotel and reflects the Cambodians day to day style of living at full volume
