The room was nice and clean very comfortable beds and the swimming pool was outdoor but surrounded by the building so no wind comming in was beautifully done couldn't fault anything looking forward to becoming a regular as we travel to Cambodia at least 8 times a year great job and the finishes on the building were top standards not like some buildings were the walls arnt straight and the paint is peeling off the first year this place will last for decades well built congratulations best built place I seen in a long time regards Mr David Allison (CEO HARALI INVESTMENT PTY LTD )

I couldn't fault it

Excellent stay. The check- in process was very smooth. The staff at the Front Desk was very polite and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile whenever we approached the reception. The coffee shop at the lobby “Aroma” had some delicious pastries. The staff at Aroma even suggested a few signature drinks to try which were very refreshing after a long day’s work. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the garden. Mr. Ran at the Front Desk assisted to make a dinner reservation at one of the Chinese restaurants in the city. The Buffet Breakfast at “Senses” had a wide variety of options. Mr. Alven, the manager at the restaurant was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that we had a good time while having our breakfast. The staff even arranged a small cake after breakfast since it was my birthday. We went to Senses again for lunch and tried the Fish Amok. It was one of the best Fish Amok I have had in a long time. It is a “must-try” if you are staying at Oakwood. We had requested for a late check out and the manager at the Front Desk, Ms. Ann Jee happily offered us a late check out till 3:00 pm. The place has a very positive vibe and the staff is amazing. I will definitely stay here during my next visit.

Everything was fine

Staff is very Friendly and Helpful. Rooms were Clean and Tidy. Security was Good. All the Amenities mentioned were available and absolutely excellent except the swimming pool. Gym is equipped with Advanced Equipments. Complimentary Breakfast & Buffet was Excellent and Food was very Delicious. Overall, Very Pleasent Stay away from the Rush of Main City yet within Range of all the Accessibilities. Definitely recommended 👍

Nothing in Particular, Everything was Good. I just wish the Swimming Pool was Available when i visited.

The hotel was exceptional, close enough to where you would want to visit, yet in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh. The staff were polite and nothing seemed to much trouble or any inconvenience to them. The room was huge with a large comfy bed, an excellent shower/bathroom, it even had a fully equipped kitchen area with a washer/drier.

Other than having to check out nothing If I am being really picky not having a balcony meant I had to downstairs for a smoke.

1. location: it is far from the center and there are no restaurants in walking distance 2. it was a bit noisy, the hotel is next to a village with loud parties and karaoke

Stand on very good location, the hotel bedroom really comfortable to sleep and very charming designed, swimming pool very big and you can try it after work. The hotel's restaurant offers many choice of local and international cuisines, in hotel lobby there is inhouse coffee shop called Senses, it is orderable between internal & external guests. I would recommend this new hotel to all traveler for your visit to Phnom Penh, definitely come back on next trip.

The hotel staffs were very helpful especially when we faced language issues with the locals. They were very kind and had patiently assisted us in asking for local taxi when grab can’t reach the destination we were heading.

Some of the common facility were not adequately lighted, appeared dim even in the day time.

Breakfast is fantastic, especially the bakery/buns ! Staff are friendly & warming & helpful ! Available of Meeting room & meeting facility is great help for Business guest in this hotel. Hotel room is new & comfortable.
