I always stay at this hotel as I have had nothing but the best experience while doing so. The staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Super clean, private, great architecture etc etc. Thank you and see you soon

The facilities in the room is simple but clean. The stuff are so nice. They do cleaning every day. The hotel food is delicious and convenient, and they can deliver to the room with great service and fast . Recommend stay at Luxcity

The space in the room, the cleanliness, lots of natural lighting, friendly staff, and great breakfast every morning. Can i also say having laundry facilities onsite too (complimentary) was of great use to us as we were staying for 2 weeks.

The only let down on the last day was being told that i needed to pay for a day use to extend my stay till 3pm (checkout time 12pm). Considering the number of night stays we had at the hotel, i did not expect that this request will be met with such a response and with no thought or consideration to their long stay guests. Not a great ending to what was going to be a perfect stay.

All the Staffs at Luxcity was amazing and professional , they had very great welcome drink and cool towel , Room was clean and had a great city view from you balcony and bedroom also , especially Rooftop swimming pool is awesome (you can order some fingers food and beer to enjoy sunset ,so chill) , room service very fast and delicious . The Location of the hotel in central and easy to visit around and get all things i needed. i will stay at Luxcity for all my business trip in Phnom Penh and recommend all my friends come to stay here . Once Thanks all Staffs in Luxcity Hotel & Apartment to gave me the best service and great stay like my home . Cheers

Great value for money: clean, spacious and well equipped room ; nice swimming pool with a great view ; great cook ; no so central location but easy to get by with tuktuks.

Wrong start : although our reservation for 3 persons stated that breakfast was included, the guy in charge of our checking tried to scam us saying that our child should pay a 10 USD supplement each day for breakfast! We didn't pay this, but it gave us a sad first interaction with Cambodia.

The location is very accessible, less than an hour from the airport. The property is very tidy and neat, living up the expectation of having the name Luxcity. Will definitely stay here again for my future visits.

Not so much about dislike, but more towards on ideas on for further improvement. Initially, I was quite skeptical about this place as the photos provided are mostly artist impression photos. The only thing I can think of is that property can improve the marketability by displaying real photos of the property instead of artist impression.

Fantastic hotel, very near the railway station and parliament, but in an industrial street. However, fantastic, with pool on 24th floor, and big balcony in the spacious room, and a very good restaurant, with big breakfast. I was travelling a lot, and would like to have stayed another day, but the schedule did not allow it. Easy to get a reliable tuk-tuk, and ATM nearby. The hotel, as well as Pnom Penh and Cambodia was a very nice experience!

The only disadvantage was that shops and other restaurants were not near the hotel, but the hotel itself was so nice, so I will absolutely stay here again to the same price offered, a very nice memory

We had a very lovely time here. The hotel is clean, very big room with a comfortable balcony. Breakfast is very good. WiFi is strong and stable, which helps me a lot as I need to work sometimes. It really worths mentioning that all staff are super friendly and helpful! We asked for an extra small table and 2 chairs in the room, they helped to provide. Our phone can’t call local number, they helped us to call. Our taxi can’t find us, they helped to call the driver and explained where we are. Every time they see us, they are kind and smile. The roof have swimming pool and gym, also, they have washing machine and dryer that are free to use, very convenient. Highly recommend!

The last day of cleaning was not that good, table was not really clean and some rubbish were still there, but all the other 4 days were very clean, so it’s not a big problem for us. There is only 1 desk with 1 chair in the room, not convenient when you want to sit down together and eat or drink something, we asked the staff and they sent to us extra, I would recommend that the hotel can have these as default.

I like how the room that I stayed organized.

I could not turn off the room light completely, so could not sleep well at some nights. It may sound silly but I tried to turn off all lights but I could not.

Excellent view! Very comfortable bed and clean beddings! All amenities needed in bathroom.

The floor was not spotless clean upon check-in. I expect more attention from a four star hotel. The room even though it was huge, it was kind of empty and it lacked surfaces to put your things on! As a result pretty much all of our stuff had to remain in our luggage during our stay. An extra chair/sofa, a bigger desk and/or another nightstand would make the room much more comfortable. Moreover I felt during the stay that the staff would do simply the bear minimum and not really go out of their way to help with certain things. This of course could be only a personal perception so I mention it with a reservation

The rooms are probably a bit under-furnished especially for the size (insanely large). However that is extreme nitpicking - hardly a negative when everything else about this hotel is amazing. Location possibly a bit out of the way if you are looking to be right amongst the action, otherwise great if you want to be a bit out of the way.
