Privately located away from the crowd with modern design. Very clean and situated along side of the hills surrounded by natures. Cocktails bar in the swimming pools, you don’t have to get out from the pool to get your drinks while enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. A beautiful long stretch of white sand beach to enjoy your walk with your love ones. Food is delicious and the staffs are awesome. Highly recommended.

The location is great with big space garden and comfortable room, I would recommend rooms face to sea view is great choice. Property serves a great selection of seafood, especially fresh fish with yummy taste, you can travel there by GTVC speed boat, and they will directly drop you on the pier which belong to this resort.

Bathroom floor slippery

Secluded in the sense that it was farther from the other hotels, but close enough to walk to the main town area for dinner every night. It was like having our own private beach. Plus, the ferry stops right at the hotel’s pier, walk directly to the lobby from the pier. I loved the $15/pp beach bbq buffet (lots of seafood!).

Not really specific to this hotel, but in general, none of the hotels in the area really have paved roads connecting the main backstreet to the hotel, which is inconvenient (we rented scooters). Also prices on the island/at this hotel are very high. $3 for a beer when it costs $1 on the mainland. Wish they would provide mosquito nets above the beds.

The resort had their own pier which is very convenience for arrival and departure guests, it is very peaceful location. Some staff not well English speaking but they tried to serve you the best possible. I met the owner and his team very friendly and warm welcome, if you tired walk on the beach please do not forget to try their coconut fresh juice, natural drink and empower you quickly. I would like to recommend their happy hour cocktails bar in the swimming pool, it is good price, for lunch time I would to recommend the grouper fish soup which is very fresh and tasty.

The bathroom was amazing Beautiful location, food, apartment. The swimming pool needs updating as lots of loose tiles. Luckily, I read about this beforehand, so I was aware. Beaware if you have children. The lady who served us in the evenings was so lovely and accomadating. I would have left her a tip, but when I was checking out, I was told i had to pay again, having already paid Booking.com nearly 300 pounds upon booking. The ferry was waiting for me at the dock, so I ended up paying again as i didn't have access to my bank account to check. Now I'm home. I can see I did pay twice. Haven't heard back from Booking.com with my complaint and request for a refund. Had this problem in another hotel I booked through Booking.com and witnessed other people facing the same challenge. I booked my last hotel after I booked this one and the payment had gone through, not sure why I alledgely had not paid for staying here.

Being told I hadn't paid for the accommodation and nearly missing my ferry because of having to pay again

We stayed two families, all adults, 3 nights in the resort. The place is very calm and relaxing. Everyone was very helpful and the location was very nice. The rooms will soon need a little renovation but are clean and very big. We had a fantastic New years evening with barbecue at the beach. The ferry drops you off at the pire at the hotel. We walked to the other pire and had dinner. The dinners we had at the resort were really good, but there is more action at the other pire. We rented motorcycles and went to Long Beach and Coconut Beach. The roads had very little traffic and it was a fantastic experience.

The staff were a delight and the food excellent. There were enough vegetarian options to keep us happy for 7 days. The staff managed to keep the atmosphere lovely and relaxed while being on hand and very helpful. The rooms were cool which was much appreciated after a hot day. Considering this hotel is on an island and access to many items is probably tricky they still managed to provide a wonderful service.

The paint work in our room was a bit hit and miss and in some places it was a bit scruffy, it didn't bother me personally as I had everything I needed and I hadn't travelled half way around the world for fancy decor but it might effect the first the impression of others.

This is a perfect location on Koh Rong Peaceful and calm yet you can walk along to visit busier areas if you wish The pool is great with amazing views The rooms are spacious and we really enjoyed our stay We walked from here to koh toch and we know we booked the best place with the perfect location for peace and quiet.

Nothing not to like but to improve a drinks service would be nice as you dont want to walk all the way inside when youre on the beach and the pool bar isnt available all day. The food is ok but if it was great we would have definately stayed where we were every night rather than Take our money elsewhere. It doesnt affect the stay at all.I would still choose this place if i returned.Its lovely

It's a big resort with its own peer. It's one of the cheaper resort options (which is still not cheap for Asia) and that's what you get. It seems like, it has been one of the first resorts in the island and has seen its best days and would need some renovation. The area and the beach are quite nice and could easily come back to its (probably) former glory. Breakfast buffet is ok. Staff is friendly but seems a bit unmotivated. English is not always the best, but a few speak good English. They do organize trips etc if you ask but again motivation lacks a bit compared to other hotels.

There were some bigger groups at the resort. One seemed to be a wedding with their own music blasting at the beach or the restaurant. It didn't really bother us but they automatically took up bigger parts of the common areas and get more staff attention. Just something to consider.

The pictures on here don’t do this lovely place justice. Our accommodation was so nice and clean with a big bathroom. The location is amazing as you are tucked away in a corner with no other resorts. But you are only a short walk to more bars and restaurants if needed. On our trip we were lucky to see monkeys come by the pool and hornbills that would frequently visit our balcony. Koh Rong truly is a gorgeous island where you will see amazing sunsets and nature. The island is being largely developed so get here whilst it still feels ‘untouched’. Finally the staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Everything (food, drinks, laundry etc) at the hotel is really expensive compared to other restaurants/bars on the island. Having said that, the food was really nice.
