Although a large resort, La Passion never feels crowded because the rooms are laid out in a large and beautiful tropical garden. During our third visit, we noticed a great improvement in the training and language skills of all staff members. The rooms were always clean and tidy. The breakfast was reliably good and the meals in the restaurant excellent. This is an extremely well-managed property.

Nothing to complain about. A drink and snack service around the pool would be great and hopefully provide more business for the hotel.

We loved our stay. The pool and proximity to the beach were fantastic. The staff couldn’t do more to help us during our stay and made everything easy. Our room was clean and comfortable with good AC. We also enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good. The hotel breakfast was also varied. It was my birthday during our stay and the staff left a birthday in my room which was a lovely touch!

The only two points I would make is that the decking was loose in some parts around the resort and some of the food at breakfast could have used a net cover for flies.

Very nice Resort at a very remote beach. Beautiful place with great pool, amazing beach access with super white sand, beautifully lightened garden and friendly staff. Beds are hard, but we did not experience them as rock hard as some people are writing here. We hope the island stays as it is as a true gemstone for remote relaxation and the deforestation of the island stopps!

Breakfast could be a little bit more diverse / rich in choices. Prices in the restaurant are high (but not completely off) - thus making the restaurant often very empty. Not sure if this is the sweet spot for the hotel.

facilities, location, pool. great staff, beautifully appointed rooms. courtesy bikes to ride around the resort were great! perfectly located midway on Saracen Bay, easy walk to other resorts for other great restaurants. free kayaks and SUP’s but time mostly spent by the incredible pool.

only thing is the rooms are set back so there’s no beachfront or beach view room options.

Great location. Great beach. Nice resort. Great Breakfast.

The place could be so much better with a proper management. Stuff missed proper training and was hard to communicate with in English. Missing Gym. You can get way better food down the beach.

We had a great stay at La Passion, the resort is a lot bigger than we realised but it is beautiful. The gardens are so well kept, the swimming pool has unreal views and the whole place is very clean and tidy. The room was very big, great shower, strong wifi, comfortable bed and was cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet has lots of options and the food was really nice. The pool has plenty of beds with swimming towels. The staff were helpful when it came to organising us transport to and from the island. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The restaurant at the hotel had some good food options but is SO crazy expensive. It is a shame as it was very empty every evening. We would have eaten here but instead went along the beach where most places were more then half the price of the hotel. The prices of the food let the rest of the hotel down.

this hotel is truly stunning. a beautiful oasis set on a breath taking beachfront. the beds are the comfiest I have slept in whilst visiting Cambodia - we slept so soundly. the rooms are kept very clean and the staff are all so friendly. breakfast buffet has a good variety and the room service was a lovely additional extra.

the restaurant is extremely over priced even by western standards - $8 for fries?! and the food quality is not consistent. some staff also seemed quite undertrained. it would have also been nice to have a proper check in with an introduction to the island I.e. what there is to see/do. we didn’t even realise they had a scuba school until the last day.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Super helpful staff cannot do enough for you. Lovely pool area. Lovely rooms some with plunge pools.

Not the fault of the hotel but the sea is full of plastic pollution. They do their best to keep it clean but it cannot help but impact the beautiful island. Such a shame. Beaches on the other side are much better but a bit of challenge to get there.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and polite - the property was very nice . The breakfast was amazing! It had a pool and lots of sun loungers. Beachfront

the beds were extremely hard and it was very noisy in the room at night - sounded as if there were dryers / Washmashines going . maybe it was the aircon? The showers could have been cleaner. Lots of limescale in the shower. you had to pay for using the paddle boards and kayaks.

Really beautiful hotel. The pool-area was amazing, and right by the beach. A la carte breakfast was very good. Staff were service-oriented and friendly. Would recommend staying here!

Walls between the rooms are very thin, so we could hear everything in the next room’s bathroom when we were in our bathroom. Bikes should be fixed. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing - would help if only the food was part of the buffet and waiters brought coffee/tea and juice to the table. Otherwise it is a long walk from the buffet to the terrace.
