Location was great. Liked that you could enter from inside or outside. Room was bigger than expected. Clerk recommended a restaurant for supper. She was right, a very good place to eat. Room was very quiet.

The hot breakfast. A wrap you warm up in the microwave isn’t our idea of a hot breakfast.

The breakfast was okay. Just like our previous night’s stay, not the selection one would have in larger centres.

While we had a better selection than the day before, the selection of food had been well picked over. I guess that’s the downside of having an excellent sleep.

Room was clean and had lots of space. There was a bar fridge, counter and sink plus a table for dining at. The AC worked well and the hotel was really quiet.

The pillows were way too big.

Our check in girl was efficient enough but not personable for a "small town" friendliness she was very negative about the town of Bassano. We originally were from the town and asked her who her parents were in case we knew them and she told us it was none of our business. I can appreciate confidentiality but she should be coached on a proper way to avoid the question and she should not be as negative about the town that she's living in and supporting.

Excellent value and location. Esso, Subway and Tesla charging right there too. Very clean and relatively new building. We stayed here as a pit stop between Regina and Revelstoke so we could spend a day in Drumheller. Perfect spot as a home base to head to Drumheller for the day and enjoy the drive out there and back.

Continental breakfast was very minimal and could have used fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and maybe more cereal choices. It was just toast and coffee/tea really.

The property was easy to get to. The rooms were clean and the staff that did my reservation was extremely polite, pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately no pool or hot tub

it was clean, comfortable, cozy, warm, well lighted. The shower was immaculate. It is not nosy at all.

The breakfast was crappy. Only sugary drinks and sugary food. I would not have breakfast again there.

The wifi was alright when it wasn't busy but it felt like if there was more then a few people there using it it basically became unusable

It was clean and nice .. staff where polite and helpful.. breakfast was good ..

That it didn't have a pool.. and that you are charged for a service dog ..

The staff were excellent! I had troubles with the internet.

The wifi connection was quite poor. The room and the facilities were great though!
