the rooms were very clean and inviting. the front desk staff and all other staff were very friendly. the breakfast was great and appreciated! the swimming pool is pretty good. the only disappointing thing was the hot tub. It is small - fits 3-4 people. the jets don’t work and it wasn’t quite hot enough. it felt odd without the jets working - yes they were turned on - it felt like having a bath with strangers - which all of us fellow hot tubbers (strangers) laughed about.

There are not any on demand movies or access to Netflix or anything - just basic cable. The hot tub too small, not hot enough, jets don’t work even though they were on.

The breakfast was great, very nice atmosphere as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel was very welcoming, they even provide a little snack upon arrival - nice touch. I would definitely stay at they hotel again.

The only thing that could have been better was the parking; there isn't a huge parking lot, when I checked in during the afternoon there were a number of free spots, but I had to go out and when I returned at about 10pm and there was only one spot left - I guess it must be a great place to stay since the parking lot is so full.

Deluxe King suite was worth the extra cost! The property was well maintained, our room was excellent very roomy and well decorated. The balcony was lovely, and the jet tub was divine. The fireplace was wonderful to warm up. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and snacks left in room for guests to enjoy. There was multiple bottles of complimentary toiletries which was appreciated. The pool was enjoyed by all. I have a therapy dog which I brought with me, the lady that checked us in was fantastic and made special effort to give him a scratch after asking permission to do so. Best Breakfast at Hotel I have ever had. The omelette station was awesome, and other options like: bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns, french toast, pancakes, waffles, cold cereal, toast, bagels, breakfast wraps, etc.

My only complaint was the bed was very soft and the pillows were very low quality, but otherwise was an excellent stay!

Everything was very clean and the most important part the beds were very comfortable with warm blankets and three pillows which added lots of comfort. The rooms were kept nice and cool at night so sleeping was enjoyable. The Bathtub was comfortable and a nice height for enjoying a bath after a long day.

To be honest there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If I had to pick one thing it would be outside the side door that we came in there was quite a bit of either goose poop or dog poop that could have been cleaned up by hotel to eliminated coming in on our shoes it was almost impossible to avoid.

I would have said our stay was excellent but for two details. Our toilet overflowed the first time we used it, we had checked in very late, past 10:30pm and the night manager was unable to access a toilet plunger, or cleaning supplies, or rather she didn't know how to access the things we needed to make our bathroom functional, and we had to trek up the hotel hallway, through the lobby, to get to the public bathrooms, which was often because I am a wheelchair dependent, diabetic with continent issues. Also the ice machine was not working. The next morning, however, the maintenance and housekeeping staff were right behind me when I asked at the front desk for the bathroom problem to be fixed and everything was dealt with and cleaned within 5 min. The breakfasts were fantastic, with great selections, everything was very clean and for me best of all was how wheelchair accessible it all was. Also the location and access to restaurants and local shopping was awesome.

Breakfast is good but it is better if you add sausage and bacon.

Its not that i have not like... room is clean everything we need was there but it is better if you can add a small table and altleqst two chair because sometimes theres a people like to stay in the room like us.

The breakfast was fabulous, the was a great variety and it was excellent quality. Everything was exceptionally clean.

I could not see anything that could have been improved. The hotel was very busy and the staff handled the work load very well.

Very clean and comfortable king room. Water bottles, granola bars and popcorn in room. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with pods in room. Pool looked nice but didn't use it. Breakfast was incredible! You name it, they had it!

You get an excellent breakfast with your stay. This is probably a savings of $30 or so when compared to a hotel that does not offer breakfast. Something to consider when pricing a stay.

Having decaf coffee available for breakfast. I brought one down from the room anyway, but it would be handier if it were available in the eating area.

Breakfast is more than enough to start our day and a good variety. Loved the egg omelet! Great to have access to coffee and hot water all day including tea! Our room was spacious and a receiving room with a separate TV set. Fresh clean towels and sheets!
