Clean spacious and comfortable

I asked help with a phone charger on arrival in the night at 10pm The checking in receptionist just said a flat No. Next morning leaving day I asked the receptionist a different girl and she was so very helpful and let me borrow the Samsung charger and I was able to recharge my phone to at least 25 % over breakfast ..This receptionist deserves a special thankyou as she saved my day ..until I got to Lloyd minister and was able to biy a charger for my road trip home ......unlike the night clerk who refused to help .......travellers should be helped if one can ...

The location was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and well kept. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. It is a great hotel. I will stay again.

The breakfast was not good. Paper plates, wooden utensils, food was not warm, there was no juice at breakfast, I couldn’t cut a pancake as it was hard and I was scared to break my wooden knife. My son and I both were not feeling well after eating breakfast. This is not Hilton standards.

We enjoyed having the joined rooms, however it would have been nice to have all 4 rooms on the same floor.

Pool. We understand many groups enjoy traveling together. The fact there was a cheer team at the hotel is great. It would have been nice to have some quiet time in the pool or adult only hour. Having screeming teens in the pool for hours was a bit much to handle.

I chose to stay at this place because they listed as pet friendly , but when i check in there were $75 fee for pet. If this was mentioned in the room description , i would not be surprised or look for somewhere else to find a reasonable pet fee. I wanted to cancel my booking and go somewhere else, but it was saying non refundable . This is really misleading guests.

Our Experience is amazing.. The costumer service is the best I believe her name is Marrian she is Filipina (philippine) She work night shift (march 28)when we come late she is very polite and jolly even its late at night serve us happily..she is kind with our kids and so friendly..Food is the best too People in breakfast area is very helpful and nice.. and the place is so clean..we will come back again 100%

Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, no complaints

Check in process might have been done more politely, keeping in mind guests are tired after long drive and expect at least to be addressed politely instead of shouting: “checking in? Last name?” Electronic door lock failed to open on the second day, my wife ended up waiting for 1 hour just to be moved to other room. Some adjustments must be made to guest services procedures.

The hotel was the best value for the price. This hotel was one of the lowest at the price but it was also the cleanest I have seen in Edmonton so far. Free parking. Good location. Proximity to route 2 was plus. Breakfast was decent but at least it was there. The lady at the checking counter was super sweet.

Do i have to write something as there is nothing to complain about. Oh the pillows were too soft but again I find the same issue almost every where.

The hotel is a good option if you are travelling to Edmonton temporarily. The price was reasonable; the beds were comfortable. However, the pillows are a bit too soft but nothing awful that you cannot sleep. The breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations, varying from French Toast to pancakes to waffles and different omelet options. The location is good, and you have other stores around the hotel.

Good hotel for a fair price.

It was quiet and comfortable for my stay. Room was clean.

The pillows could be upgraded as they were a bit lumpy or flat. I'm glad I had all four pillows to myself as I needed them. Breakfast was adequate, but found ran out of things like fruit and eggs.

Centrally located for our needs with always a great breakfast. Rooms are always clean and beds comfortable. My wife and I walk a lot so it's a nice area with plenty of sidewalks to have a great safe walk.

Maybe provide a shuttle bus service to the airport , otherwise one couldn't ask for any more.
