The location was just right for us as we were visiting family nearby. The weather was cold, so the underground parkade was a real bonus. Staying at this hotel where every room is a suite makes it quite comfortable. It even includes a washer/dryer if this kind of service is what is needed. The unit has an outside balcony. The kitchen appliances are full-sized. and the seating area has a regular couch, coffee table, armchair and large HD TV, and there is a separate bedroom, also. Wii Fi was strong and fast.

Just a note of concern: This hotel has been experiencing some issues with the heating system in various rooms. Our first room was a one bedroom suite which was great, but, the heating unit didn't heat the room. With outside temperatures at -27C, the room temperature fell to 18C. The hotel staff were very accommodating and they moved us with no issue and at no extra charge to a two-bedroom unit next door with a working heating unit. So, in order to avoid having to move during your stay, we recommend checking out the room first to see if the heating is working.

great facility, felt like it was a 2nd home. I liked that there is a fridge, stove, dishwasher, laundry in-suite, I.e. fully furnished. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

the “town hall” is closed across the way and it’s somewhat of an “eye-sore”, the tv’s are small, no gym available, and the breakfast could be better, I.e. toast, juice, yogurt, fruit, cereal.

I love the room! It is more like a 1 BR Condo Unit. It was very cozy and updated. I love that there was a hidden washing machine and dryer. Hospitals from April front desk was exceptional. She made sure we were informed about request of housekeeping should we need it as there weren’t during weekends. Even request for room service was very kind. Attention to guest is amazing. Thank you for an amazing stay. It was close to the center and a lot of restaurants at the main floor of Ramada. Will definitely be coming back here in the upcoming visits to Fort Mac.

Secure underground parking, secure elevator with key access, hard surface floors (no carpet), great pillows, bed comfy(soft mattress), separate bedroom, great kitchen area, and full size fridge. Extremely clean, no cigarette smoke odor. Nice bathroom linens with Matrix hair products. We would highly recommend and return if in the area again.

Not much, would be nice to be able to purchase small packet of laundry detergent at the lobby, otherwise no issues.

I loved every interaction I had with any staff member. They were all very helpful and patient and kind. Highly recommended and definitely staying again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay

Large water heater in closet that hummed pretty loud and shook the floor but didn't bother me too much. I don't think the supplied coffee works in the coffee maker...

staff were extremely friendly and let me know of how I could have groceries delivered. my husband really enjoyed the underground parking
