hotel was full of fire evacuees, the loitering in and outside of the doors were a bit much for my liking. arguments were heard everywhere. It made for an uncomfortable experience. I understand that their stress level was high and they were worried about their homes and properties but when you step out of the elevator it seemed like closing time at the bar at the end of the night!

I love that the staff has been so understanding and kind. I also love the location because it’s right by the mall and I can go shopping for groceries or clothes. there’s also restaurants and even a restaurant right down the hall. The breakfast has to be the best that I’ve had so far am I stays in Fort McMurray and I like that I can order it from my room before I pick it up.

I didn't eat breakfast there but the location was good for where I was traveling from. The wifi seemed decent and the room was quiet.

The location was perfect. So many things around, all within walking distance. We enjoyed some shopping at the mall, had supper at Montanas, then a night out at the new rivers casino. No carpet in the room.

No elevator. The jacuzzi was on the smaller side. Pillows were extremely thin and not enough blankets on the bed.

we always love staying at the Stonebridge hotel as the staff are super friendly and always clean rooms. comfortable beds and a great complimentary breakfast. great location. close to Tim Hortons, the mall, the casino and many restaurants.

Place was very clean. Fresh. Towels in bathroom very soft and fluffy...wonderful to use. Good value for price. Breakfast included...freshly prepare... nice bonus touch.

Bedding could have been softer...sheets and pillowcase quite course to touch. And larger sizing would have made for a much more comfortable rest and sleep. Bathroom design left much to be desired. Ergonomically lacking! Extremely awkward to close bathroom door!!!

Check in was quick staff was very courteous. The price was adequate and room was very clean. My free sit down breakfast was fantastic and the waitress was very nice.

There was nothing that really Acquired my attention that was negative. I was only there for one night.

pillows, very tired hotel, more like a motel. needs a major facelift and renos, the lobby is not something you see and you want to go further, rather turn and go elsewhere.

All were good nice outlay of the room, friendly staff good entrance. The food were good

The elevator are very slow, the mattress on the bed to soft, you feel the board under the mattress.
