Full kitchen was fantastic to have for the purposes of our travel. The fridge and full sink were well utilized to wash vegetables and prep meals. Inclusion of hot water kettle a nice surprise. Dining area provided a lot of space and HD TV with inputs were great to plug in devices. Breakfast was served at the restaurant where there was lot of space and good quality hot items. Good selection of beverages, cereal, and baked goods. Furniture didn't match and old dated but were clean and had a certain charm such as the reading lights built into the headboard.

Stayed on two separate dates and the first room had a musty smell, like it was previously a smoked in room.

The staff was very friendly. The suite was cosy, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not so good. When we went down the eggs and sausage were dried up and only two pieces of bacon. When you first walk into the building, and in the hallways it appears a bit dirty and rundown, but you are greeted by friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast. Lots of choice. Room was clean and very functional. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

There was nothing I can think of that I didn’t, like.excellent hotel. Would definitely stay here again when in High Level.

Scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, toast, bagels. Plus juices and yogurts. Very clean, felt good after that.

Could not see my truck from my room, so was worried about my belongings, but nothing was touched. All good

Okay, this place rocks. Modern lobby and conference rooms. Amazing guest rooms, a little dated but incredibly clean and comfortable. Full kitchen is an absolute treat, smart TV which is a nice touch, and really big rooms too. Staff was great, even did my dishes for me! Also having a balcony was sweet. Hotel has great neighbours to the north too if you want to check that out...

Breakfast options were limited, no fitness centre or vending machines. Rooms are pretty dated.

The room was beautiful, with a kitchenette and so clean.

Wish they had a kurig instead of the older small coffee pot provided.

The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly! The room was very clean and quite large. Also windows that opened!

I was disappointed that there was no hot breakfast as advertised. The restaurant was being renovated so only packaged muffins, fruit cups, yogurts and coffee available to take back to the room.

Close to highway and in the core downtown. Had a balcony and could open the screen door to enjoy evening and fresh air while sleeping

Building wasn’t quite finished on the outside so when we arrived we were worried it was not as shown in photos on the inside, but it was nice inside

Comfortable, clean room Location was convenient to easily access services, go for walk and to highway. Had stayed here a month earlier and had a positive experience both times.

No complaints.

Staff were very friendly

It was somewhat annoying that one of the doors closest to the elevator only allowed you out, but you had to go around to come back in.
