1. Breakfast could use some creativity. 2. Otherwise the hotel was ok. 3. Stuff members were helpful 4. The parking at the back allowed us the opportunity to safely park our bus and trailer. 5. The hotel's proximity to food places allowed the luxury to pick various places to get food.

The motel was unable to find staff to clean the rooms on Saturday. The town of High Level is far north and staffing is a problem. I asked the breakfast staff what they were paid. $17 / hour is the likely reason motels can't get staff. On Saturday evening the flush became plugged. I had to access a plunger from the front desk to remedy the problem as no staff were available.

very friendly staff with great breakfast. Rooms were clean. The customer service was of the highest standard! Difficult to beat! The owners of the property have the formula bang on. Most of the staff were long serving and their loyalty to Property transferred to caring for the guests. The staff we encountered (Alka, Satvender, Teresa and Chris, the manager) we’re all very caring and made us feel at home!

Breakfast selections were great and varied from day to day. Check in Monday evening was great and the hostess was exceptional. She had to go and retrieve the baggage cart last used by a guest who did not return to the front reception without any complaints. She did apologize to me for the cart not being readily available.

Channel selections for the TV could be much more extensive then they are. Mostly sports and little other offered. Lacking major Canadian news channels and US entertainment channels other than sports. I like sports but don't need over a dozen channels to watch the same event on 3 or 4 channels at the same time.

very clean and very nice inside the table and the sink outside the washrooms are the best and the indian front desk is very very helpful and polite the best one in mamy hotels we been and the morning staff are amazing aswell the food and the service are top noch!!!

The staff goes over and above at this property. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name! But they are phenomenal! I hope they make a decent living doing what they do cause they earn it.

Breakfast was very good and served by a very friendly staff member. She spoke and conversed with most people and made sure everyone's breakfast was to their enjoyment and expectation.

Not enough channel selections on the TV. Mostly sports and some movies but very limited news channel/program options, limited American network and specialty programs.

I've personally stayed at this hotel since 2006 when traveling through High Level, Alberta and will continue to book this hotel for brief travel. The hotel is located right next door to a Boston Pizza restaurant which is very convenient to tourists traveling through.

i have a handicap cause my leg was injured so i cannot walk too far and i had bad experience with elevators so i dont take them i only take ground floor which they have cause i stay here almost twice every year i didnt like that they didnt see the message i send for my booking

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's a great place to rest after a long day of driving.

Through no fault of the hotel's, there was a town-wide power outage. The hotel kitchen could not open at its usual time and water pressure in the shower was low.
