Ramada by Wyndham Hinton

Was clean and comfortable especially after waiting for a ferry for 5 hrs then driving from Vancouver island to Hinton.

Your cleaning staff. We had left a water bottle in the room so my mother had gone back up to check she asked the cleaning staff if they could let her in a room quick to check and while walking there they were talking to themselves about room 311 being sleeping beauty’s and how maybe we should go to bed at 10 like them. My mother then said room 311 please and they got quiet. Your check out is 11 we were out before 11. We were exhausted from my grandmothers passing and the long trip back I wouldn’t have been as nice as my mother was about it.

Enjoyed our stay and the price made it affordable for us to enjoy a good night sleep for our quick stay. Hot breakfast included is always a must when we book a room.

Breakfast was clearing before 10 as stated and felt rushed to finish and leave. They had a sign stating we could not take food out of dining area so even eating in our room would have been better and more enjoyable or just grabbing a muffin for the road is always nice if in a hurry so this rule was not very accommodating. If breakfast is included it shouldn’t matter if we eat on the go or in our room. Disappointed.

Me and my husband stayed at Ramada for a night during our week long tour of Alberta. We didnt know what to expect but we were amazingly surprised by our experience. The breakfast was exceptional. Staff were warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave were a bonus. The location was ideal as its right on the highway between Edmonton and Jasper. A great place to stay for anyone travelling to Jasper. . It was great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Average hotel, but nice enough to stay again. Breakfast was simple, but we experienced the same also in more expensive hotels in Canada. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Since we were travelling with the car, we loved the free parking in front of hotel. Next to the hotel there's shopping mall and alcohol shop.

The breakfast was simple, but you always find something to help you start the day.

I liked how easy it was to check in, the place was clean, there were lots of choices for snacks at the vending machines.. more than I've ever seen anywhere before, that they allow pets, coffee is available around the clock in the lobby, the room was nice, breakfast had lots of options from cereal, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, to bagels, toast, eggs, sausages and the best tasting potato wedges we've ever had. The staff was wonderful! Diane (Diana?) was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to chat with me at a bizarre hour of the morning lol. She was very attentive to my needs and I appreciate the time she took to make my stay just that much nicer. Thank you 😊 The breakfast lady was also very helpful. I just wish some other dog owners would pick up their dogs 💩 outside 😕 That is so frustrating for us that do, for our dogs and us trying to walk around and not step in it and it's not fair to the people that work there. Let alone other guests seeing it, that don't even have pets. All in all it was a pretty good experience, and I would recommend it to others. 👍

great location at the end of Hinton, on the way to Jasper. Safeway in the parking lot was handy. It is freshly painted, clean, hot breakfast included, and reasonable room rate.

we were given a room on the main floor which seemed like the dog section, after being asked if we had a dog with us and replying that we didn’t. There was also a mechanical noise that was distracting to fall asleep to. So it wasn’t as quiet as I would have liked. the bed was on the firmer side for my liking but if you like a firm bed, that wouldn’t be an issue.

Spacious room for our family of 4. Curtain was able to block a lot of light to allow us to sleep well. Breakfast was plentiful. Clean rooms and common areas. Attentive housekeeping service. Ample free onsite parking. Located near Safeway and Wallmart for a quick store run. Friendly staff.

The bathroom door keeps closing on its own. Need to prop open to minimize humidity in the bathroom. Breakfast area can get a bit chaotic. Enforce a single direction path during busy times.

Clean and newer facility TV worked well Beds were comfortable Elevator used to go to and from our room with luggage.

Very few carts to help with luggage..difficult to push the one we finally got. Staff at desk did not offer any assistance with the cart. Both of us are senior women with health issues. 100 dollars extra charged to my bank account that has not been corrected yet.

The washbasin in the bathroom was so old it was showing age cracks! The breakfast items were limited and were not even well supplied on the last day. Some fruit, like oranges could be added. On the last day the yogurt was completely out of stock! Even the milk ran out at one point.

The front desk is very accomodating, very helpful especially when i phoned in few days prior of our check in. The room is very neat, tidy. Didn't expect it would be that clean for a pet friendly room. It exceeds my expectation. Thank you so much. If there's a chance that we will be back in jasper. Hinton ramada would be a great choice to stay.. also a bonus for a free breakfast such a treat🥰. Would gladly recommend!

Just a little thing to add not so much-- just the pillows are a bit small.
