The location was fantastic for anyone not wanting to go too far off the beaten path. The room was very clean and modern. It was well equipped, right down to a set of matching dishes for a family of four. It was bright and quite spacious. It had a new apartment sized refrigerator, a new cook top and microwave and coffee pot and flat screen tv. The room felt like an apartment. The free water and snacks were a nice touch. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Well done Hinton Highway Inn! We will be back.

There was nothing not to like. My only suggestion would be to make the front office building a little more appealing. However the outside had no reflection on the rooms.

It was very clean and quiet. We arrived a bit early but they let us check in immediately. The beds were big and comfortable and the kitchenette had everything you would need to cook a full meal. I would stay here again, it was hard to find a room for two people with two beds for a good price so I would definitely recommend this place.

We had some issues unlocking the door once but the staff noticed immediately and came to help. There were also no facial tissues in the room but it was a very minor issue.

Located close to the CN train tracks and Yellowhead Highway so some traffic noise can be heard especially during the day.Other than that,the Inn is a short walk to Starbuck,Tim Horton and L.B. Restaurant and Pizza,etc.,plus it is at a very affordable rate in May before the Tourist Season.The Inn also has very strong/.fast WIFI/Internet signals and the cable TV has many sports channel so I don't need to miss any playoff NHL and NBA games

Despite its unassuming exterior, the room's cleanliness was truly remarkable. Every nook and cranny was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary supplies. If I ever return to Hinton, I would definitely stay there again. In short, they exceeded our expectations.

They had a full size coffee machine and two big packages of coffee. All other places only give enough for one cup in the morning. Also, they had a basket of snacks, eggs. Potato chips. That made this place better than all others.

The fellow who received us when we arrived and gave us the key didn't engage in any of my conversation. I don't think he likes his job. His demeanor didn't match the awesome room we stayed in.

Liked the induction stove. Friendly reception. parking right in front. Starbucks and liquor store right in front. two big beds, and a good heater.

No coffee, oil, salt or peppers. First two nights were somewhat quiet, but third night new neighbour blasted the TV all night long and we lost a lot of sleep. Can hear any footsteps from upper apartment as well.

Very nice updates in the room and bathroom. Full kitchenette , complete with coffee, and microwave popcorn. Great pillows!

Last update needed is new mattresses. They were SO soft my back is killing me today. WAY too soft for me. A bit noisy from the train and Jake brakes, but nothing a pair of earplugs doesn't take the edge off. If mattress was better I'd stay here regularly.

Convenient location, right by Hwy 16. The kitchen was nice and had everything you would need for cooking. They also give us a free $10 Starbucks gift card which we used for our breakfast (Starbucks was only 30 m away from the inn).

Close to the highway is a plus but close to the railroad is a minus. There was a slight but weird smell in the room, possibly from disinfectant. The room has windows/curtains on both sides, making it hard to find a corner with no noise/light in early morning.

Very clean and well equipped kitchinette suite for a great price.

Room was very cold when I arrived end of Oct. MDe for cold floors and cold feet. Heat/Cool machine only had fan on high and no low. Bed co er was very thin and chilly so had to crank heat up high. They would benefit from a nice duvet.

It was wonderful as a pet owner having no carpet. We also appreciate having a kitchen. The best part was the bathroom with a new, deep bathtub. The room was quite sound proof as there were people coming and going all hours for work. The air conditioner worked great. Thank you to the amazing, friendly staff.

Although the bed was very nice, it was a bit soft for me. My husband loved it. He had a great sleep.
