Couldn't believe it was a room with 2 king beds! Great value for money with that. Lots of channels, and it looked like it had a big breakfast room (though we didn't have time in the morning to take advantage of the included breakfasts).

We tried to call the front desk before arrival and it never went through. At first it sounded like it was forwarded to a different phone, and then it eventually went through to the hotel voicemail.

We stayed here one night for a wedding in Olds. The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was spacious and had two king beds which most hotels don’t offer. We were able to stay a bit late and check out at 1pm for an extra $10 which allowed us to go swimming in the morning and take our time. The included breakfast was quite good too with many options! We would definitely stay here again.

If I had to criticize something it would be that there wasn’t enough tables and seating for the amount of people at breakfast. Also, there were no towels at the pool and despite two of us asking for more, none showed up during our swim -we waited 45 minutes or so. Not deal breakers though!

Location was close to family. The breakfast for a hotel was really good

Was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order and the pool water could have been warmer. As I booked the hotel in April I was disappointed that our room overlooked a roof with air conditioning units.

I don't eat breakfast but my wife rated it highly. Good variety and quality. Spacious room that was well laid out and well appointed. Nice pool area and fitness room.

There were a couple of glitches with the room but these were addressed within an hour of being reported to the front desk.

The location, breakfast, size of the room and the beds are comfy.

The coffee maker in the room was dirty so we were unable to use it. No towels left in the pool area to dry off with so had to walk back to our hotel room all wet. I would like to note the front staff was told there was no towels left in the pool area.

I didn’t like the first room we had and so we changed rooms. My credit card showed up with double room charges and damage deposits which really upset me. I think I have it resolved now but not good.

Breakfast was superb and the front desk were always happy to help.

The cable didn't work properly. The remote controls were very temperamental and had to get up to switch TV off. Nothing major though.

The rooms in this hotel are huge with two Double beds and the bathrooms are a great size as well. The staff and the dog on reception were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Lovely hotel to stay in if your visiting Old's

The staff, including bar staff, was exceptional! The hot free breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was decorated modern and clean. The outdoor area with picnic tables and flowers was nice to hang out at. There is also a barbecue there for guests to utilize.

The light in our kitchen was not working.

very clean. staff were incredible. we were a group so kept exchanging keys and losing them or person forgot to give us key before they left . staff was so kind about replacing them. it was embarrassing for us. so thank

the pool wasn’t available and only 1 elevator working. I understand that’s out of your control. So didn’t bother me too much
