The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The pub was nice and the hotel manager/bartender was kind and knew how to mix a fine Caesar. There are also VLTs on site for those who like to drop a twenty. It was also just across the parking lot from the Boston Pizza so a change of scenery for beer and food was close by.

The hotel is off the beaten path from the downtown area (although the aforementioned BP is definitely a plus). I also understand that this is a new development and that other amenities will fill in over time.

My request for a ground floor room (that I could drive right up to the room door) was granted. Comfortable king size bed with nice beddings. A free special coffee machine with fresh coffee beans. Good size table and a working small fridge. Nice clean room without the common motel smell. Excellent location for Waterton National Park and just a short walk to Boston pizza and Walmart.

Cold breakfast in brown bag. Bathroom door could not close. Poor water pressure. No electric kettle. Rather thin wall between rooms.

The Ac was ice cold, rooms were clean Front desk were friendly The all u can have coffee machine was great

The west door lock entry sensor didn't seem to to be working to get to the hotel rooms so u had to walk to main entrance to gain entry all the time

Good location to the Waterton National Park. Room size (two queen room) is more than adequate. Decent size and workable fridge, plus a small microwave. I could drive right to my room door with my ground floor room, that has two doors - one open to the outside parking and one open to the inside of the building. Considered very good price with the location, room size and breakfast. There was a good coffee machine that can make regular and fancy coffee.

The coffee machine in my room did not work and no electric kettle.

We did not have breakfast here. The handicap room met all our needs. It did not have a chair at all but that was quickly remedied by staff who brought in a comfortable chair for my spouse.

NOTHING!! We left here and were in a privately owned motel in Creston BC - booked for 2 nights, cancelled the 2nd night and booked here in Pincher Creek again for May 12 with checkout 13th as we are on our way to Waterton National Park next!!

I appreciated the bag breakfast offered.

I generally prefer a buffet type of breakfast with a hot food option, either oatmeal or eggs with perhaps some bacon or sausage. However I understand this is not always available at every establishment.

Relatively quiet location other than guests slamming doors in hallways which is not the motels fault just the inconsiderate guests. Room was nice and clean. A full hot breakfast would’ve been nice but at least a bagged one was available and coffee machine was great. Staff were super friendly.

Muffins were good, maybe for adults…not chocolate chip Granola bars were good and yoghurt was a good choice, not too sweet Maybe mark the bags with type of juice boxes? Apple juice can be an allergy to lot of people Fruits were fresh Self serve Fee coffee from Vending machine I loved that! Thanks! Front Desk Clerk on Arrival was Awesome!

Very friendly staff at check in and Check out. Outside access to room. Need decaf coffee and was made available

Not sure if the outside plug in was working, car was difficult to start in the morning Bathroom door sticking at the top. Difficult to close and more difficult to shut

The breakfast was adequate. It would have been nice to have a choice of drink. Grape juice isn’t really a drink for 50 year olds. Check in was smooth and the clerk was efficient at his job.

Side access from the parking lot did not work from the outside.
