The Room was very well kept, Beds were incredibly soft with probably the whitest sheets I've ever come across. Very Quiet place and most relaxing sleep we ever had. Bathroom was well equipped, towels and soaps with all other main conveniences. Hot water on demand was incredible, with a good balance of cold when needed on the hot days. If room needs turning over and fresh towels etc. Just leave the maid service sign on the door. Location was a step away from all the amenities, and a 2 minute walk to the lake. The Food at Vinny's was very good, Tried 6 overall dishes and appetizers and enjoyed all of them. Thanks for a great 4 days

The service at Vinny's Restaurant and Bar was pretty awesome overall, But one girl kept wandering off and we waited about 15 minutes to pay after she collected the dishes one night.

I was expecting the lodge to be a bit overpriced for what we paid, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the accommodations were. The room looked like it had been recently remodeled, and I was very pleased with our stay. Great water pressure for the shower, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a nice little balcony. The restaurant was actually a good value for the money, too, and since we were guests of the lodge, we also got 10% off our meals.

The recreation center, pool & sauna were all closed because they were being redone.

The room was small in space but it was all we really needed. The bed was very comfortable, the jetted tub was awesome, and the shower was a great size. We loved the view and location and would stay in this “house” again.

The hallway and stairs were quite dirty, as were the floors in the room. We didn’t have any soap and when we asked for some, the cleaning staff said they would have to go check stock but never got back to us. The property needs some upgrading on some of the houses, but ours was good. Maybe some instructions on how to work the fire place and tv system would be helpful.

Stayed in the First Nations House cabin. The room was lovely, very cosy and warm. We had a king bed which was super comfy. Big bathroom with lots of space. Location was right in the centre of town, just a short walk to get coffee/dinner/the water. Definitely would stay again!

Jacuzzi bath tub jets didn't work, unfortunately. Also didn't realize there was AC until the morning, got a little warm in the room overnight.

We upgraded to a King size room the second night which was extra special for our family with a jacuzzi tub. Location is excellent. Front desk staff were pleasant. I felt so bad for the service staff as they were constantly running to keep up. The impact of not having enough staff was evident but they didn't miss a beat. This location is a 2 minute walk from the info centre and spray/play park.

I signed an agreement that if you loose a room key, you pay $25. I never lose room keys!! However, when we were leaving I had some pizza boxes in my hand to through in the dumpster and a room key slipped out of my hand and went in with the boxes. I could see where it went, just couldn't reach it and dumpster wasn't full. I went immediately to the front desk and the customer service rep went out with me so I could show her where the key was. She said she'd ask maintenance to look for it so would charge me the $25 and reimburse once they found it. Well, I got charged the $25. That was a little frustrating to end the trip on that note.

Perfect location close to plenty of dining facilities. Clean number with comfortable bed and nicabath with hot tub. Would definately recommend for a stay during a night or two.

The breakfast not included, though the staff provided us with a discount for dining in their resoraunt. Breakfast start time unfortunately was too late for us, only from 8 am while we prefer to have in earlier.

Beds were very comfortable with excellent linen. I appreciated that there were no bedspreads or other covers that were used and reused by many customers.

Carpet could have been cleaner. AC was noisy and only somewhat effective. This would have been uncomfortable in hot weather, which fortunately we didn't have.

everything was within walking distance, beds were comfortable, room in general was very clean, bonus that we had a small balcony, although it was too cool to sit out there. Really liked the joined rooms with our friends, that made our stay very enjoyable.

The walls slanted in our room which wasn't a problem for me but my husband being on the tall side said he had to watch his head getting into bed.

The place is cozy, the staff are friendly and helpful during our stay. I will definitely coming back in my future adventure in Waterton

It is off season during our stay so most of the shops are close and I was hoping that at least the hotel have some comfort food but then there is none

The room was large, bed was comfortable. Room had everything, gas fireplace, oversize tub, separate shower. As well as more common microwave, fridge, wi-fi and cable. Very complete.

Resort was a bit challenging to find, signage was scarce. Exterior Stairways to 2nd floor rooms were metal type. 2nd floor rooms not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
