I liked the upgraded rooms. Very nice and felt like being at home. The bathroom was super nice and upgraded as well, and I loved that the bathroom mirror had a light around the edges, like a big makeup mirror. The staff were awesome and friendly. We will definitely be looking into staying there our next visit to Whitecourt.

There was a big gap under our door, about a good inch and a half. We could hear all the noise from the hallway. Breakfast was over at 9. Would be great if it was a bit later, like 10 am or 11 am, for the late sleepers.

2nd time here. Very reasonably priced. The building is old but they did a great job renovating and updating the rooms. Staff are all super kind. Breakfast is based on a rotating menu of eggs/bacon/sausage/home fries, with typical cold options like yogurt, cereal and toast too. On site laundry for $2. Walls are a bit thin but for the price, you can't get better than this.

Don't love the non-eco friendly soaps but that's like most hotels. Also didn't love the disposable dishes/utensils at breakfast. Hope they can move to a reusable option.

Breakfast was OK. The Scrambled Eggs had no taste. They needed some salt and spices. The Scrambled Eggs were Over Cooked every day. When there was supposed to be an Omelette, It was just Scrambled Egg. An actual Omelette should at least have Cheese in it, Mushrooms onions and Spices would be preferred and not Over Cook the eggs every time. The Eggs should only be cooked so there not raw and still soft not Rubbery. Atleast some Garlic and Onion Powder, salt would make a Huge difference. Thanks for listening.

This property is a best kept secret, as far as I’m concerned. This motel is such a gem! From the friendly and professional staff, to the amazingly clean and comfortable rooms. I am so impressed!The included breakfast was absolutely amazing!! I will always make this my preferred stop when travelling from northern BC to southern Alberta!

our room was newly renovated, nice staff

we didn’t get the room we booked online. we booked a kitchenette with a breakfast bar, and at first the room we were given didn’t even have a kitchenette. the front desk person quickly remedied that error, but then when we did get a room with a kitchenette, it still wasn’t the one in the booking.com picture. it was nice, though, and newly remodeled. maybe they shouldn’t show the other room in the booking confirmation if they don’t have it available.

Location is great but best of all here is the staff Gervi and Kim were amazing ❣️ Left my home because of wild fire evacuation and I felt the stress abate when I went in and spoke with Gervi the first evening .. Thank you to the amazing helpful staff at Cloud 9 🙏🏼

room was bright, clean. loved working air conditioning. staff were friendly and wonderful

breakfast was from 5:30-8:30. I understand for the work crews but as leisure guests we did get up until after 8:00. so no free breakfast as advertised was a disappoint. we walked to A & W to get food also need more outlets with all the electronics needing to charge it was a little tough

upon check in i was greeted by one of the nicest people I’ve ever meet! after a long trip it was lovely to see a friendly face. i told him it was my birthday (as it was) and a bottle of sparkling wine was dropped of for me…thank you 💗

Very nice people running the hotel. Fantastic breakfast that starts at 530am so if you're there for work you can still enjoy it. Nice clean updated room. Fast wifi even when hotel is full. Fully recommended

The hotel is well located, the front desk service is warm, the price is reasonable, the room is bright and spacious, is newly renovated. The bed is comfortable. It's just great overall. I would recommend it to friends and stay here again.
